Loooooong Tsubasa survey, part 1

This poll is made on the name of fandom science. I want to get to know the TRC fandom at LJ better.

NOTE:
When it comes to favorite characters questions, write all that apply. If you have a lot of characters, go ahead and write them all. If the field is too small, then post it on comments instead. If you don't like anyone in certain world, or you haven't come to that part, don't write anything.

ETA: a bit late, but oh well. Yes, Seishirou would be considered from Outo even if he's not from there just for simplification. Samewise with Dr. Kyle and Jade.

[Poll #574314]

Thank you for your collaboration. Expect the second part soon.

And this is why I say we need a main info comm for clamp, a la fma_info. That way you could be sure the whole fandom is going to take the poll

I know. If it wasn't so tedious and involved so many communities and series, I create it myself. I'm sure there are people who could help.

Meanwhile, I'll just rabidly crosspost anywhere.

[identity profile] elihice.livejournal.com 2005-09-20 05:00 pm (UTC)(link)
Asi que somos adultos quejones?
ext_387179: A sea turtle swimming (Default)

[identity profile] rainmage.livejournal.com 2005-09-20 05:03 pm (UTC)(link)

By the way, Seishirou counts as Outo character, as he made his debut there.

[identity profile] elihice.livejournal.com 2005-09-20 05:21 pm (UTC)(link)

[identity profile] elihice.livejournal.com 2005-09-20 05:29 pm (UTC)(link)
Ah, good. I wasn't sure.

[identity profile] rainmage.livejournal.com 2005-09-20 05:31 pm (UTC)(link)
Well, technically he's not from any of those worlds. And we have no clue if Kyle is from Jade or secret evil world or anywhere else. We have to settle with those two. So in the first world they appear, that's it.

I'll go edit my post.

[identity profile] chibiyuuto.livejournal.com 2005-09-20 07:15 pm (UTC)(link)
LOVED answering to that ^_^ Please make more !

[identity profile] paper-seagulls.livejournal.com 2005-09-20 08:26 pm (UTC)(link)
Ha! Reading everyone's answers is great fun. It's also super demented. We all love Fai apparently. Woo. I forgot to vote for Sorata and Arashi, and Miyuki!... but what world would she go under?

[identity profile] x-reggg.livejournal.com 2005-09-20 11:06 pm (UTC)(link)
10 is good and 1 is crap yea?? or is it the other way *__*

random passer-by...

[identity profile] arrghigiveup.livejournal.com 2005-09-21 12:05 am (UTC)(link)
Heh. Personally, I feel that the plot is kind of... miserable, and rather like they're making fanfics of their own work. But, BUT I love TRC anyway, simply because it's so much fun.

Out of curiosity, do you happen to know the name of that country in the filler episode where the crew landed in the middle of a tournament and took part in it with lots of Fay antics etc etc (episode 16, I believe)? I can't seem to find it anywhere.

[identity profile] su-chan.livejournal.com 2005-09-21 12:19 am (UTC)(link)

*I've watched some episodes, and I'll keep downloading!
*I've watched some episodes, and I'm not keeping up with that crap!

FALTA:
I've watched some episodes, and only plan on watching 'some' :D

He contestado 100% sincera ;D

[identity profile] rainmage.livejournal.com 2005-09-21 02:50 am (UTC)(link)
Well, it's not in manga, so if they didn't tell the name in the episode, then it must likely is nameless or something.

Like school marks, yeah. Lower the number, crappier it is.

[identity profile] rainmage.livejournal.com 2005-09-21 02:52 am (UTC)(link)
Crap, I forgot about Miyuki!

Uh... if you want, edit your poll results and put Miyuki in each world you want. It's the only way to solve this ^^U

It was frustrating. I had several questions, some even bordering polemic, and when I arrived to #15, LJ told me I had used all my questions. Damn it!

And I wanted to do an epic survey with 50 questions and everyone mad at me for making such a census.

[identity profile] x-reggg.livejournal.com 2005-09-21 03:03 am (UTC)(link)
ohhh~ sometimes i was opposite for me, 1 bring highest and 5 being worst XDDD

[identity profile] rainmage.livejournal.com 2005-09-21 03:37 am (UTC)(link)
It's the first time I see such a system o_o

In my country, we have a mark system over 20. Twenty is the highest, one is the lowest. I think Venezuela is the only one with 20 as mark system.

[identity profile] x-reggg.livejournal.com 2005-09-21 03:46 am (UTC)(link)
i think it was only used for one year in our reports ^_^;; i've seen letter grades, number grades and level grades before *__*

during year 7 to 9, i think it was a letter/level grade but now it's more of letter grades :P
ext_387179: A sea turtle swimming (Default)

[identity profile] rainmage.livejournal.com 2005-09-21 04:00 am (UTC)(link)
Yikes. I'm glad I only had one system in Venezuela. That sounds confusing.

Meanwhile, now I'm on a college in Spain that sometimes gives either 10-based marks or qualifying sort of marks (exceeded expectations, approved, failed... that sort of thing, like OWLs in Harry Potter but less complex)

[identity profile] breze.livejournal.com 2005-09-21 07:40 am (UTC)(link)
Darn it, I put 'Demoness' in "Favourite from Hanshin" instead of from "Outo". Sorry!
ext_387179: A sea turtle swimming (Default)

[identity profile] rainmage.livejournal.com 2005-09-21 07:42 am (UTC)(link)
You can edit your results.

I don't know exactly how. Just keep hitting links on the poll and you'll get around to it.

Who's that "demoness"? Oruha? (the lady with black, curly hair that sang at the bar)

[identity profile] chibiyuuto.livejournal.com 2005-09-21 09:52 am (UTC)(link)
I wouldn't mind 50 XDD

[identity profile] iridaceaena.livejournal.com 2005-09-21 11:08 am (UTC)(link)
I wandered in from [livejournal.com profile] tsubasarc; it's actually pretty interesting to see what people put down, although I'm not surprised by most of it. For the record, I marked the plot as being low-middling because the premise is interesting but it hasn't really gone anywhere much as yet, but I do think it's too early to judge it; with CLAMP, I like to wait until I've seen the ending (Rayearth I, for example). I also had to put n/a for Shurano/Sharano characters since I've only read the text translations for that part and as such don't really remember a great deal of it.

And I wanted to do an epic survey with 50 questions and everyone mad at me for making such a census.

Considering that the people on LiveJournal are the ones most likely to want to talk about their hobbies, I think you'll have to work harder to annoy them. ^_~

[identity profile] rainmage.livejournal.com 2005-09-21 11:16 am (UTC)(link)
It's not necessary to put something at the fields of the worlds you don't know or don't have favorite characters. Actually, things like "n/a" or "haven't got that far" will make me waste a bit of time when I'll count the results. It's better if people won't fill it at all.

Good to know there are folks not scared of long surveys :D

[identity profile] silvermuse89.livejournal.com 2005-09-21 05:08 pm (UTC)(link)
Rading this prompted me to create such a community. [livejournal.com profile] clamp_info

I had the idea for a while but wasn't sure if there would be an interest. Hopefully, it'll be helpful.

[identity profile] elihice.livejournal.com 2005-09-21 07:15 pm (UTC)(link)
Peru also has the 20 based grades.

[identity profile] iridaceaena.livejournal.com 2005-09-21 09:44 pm (UTC)(link)
Ah, sorry about that - I went and fiddled around until I figured out how to edit it out. I'm only mostly inept when it comes to computers! :D

[identity profile] breze.livejournal.com 2005-09-22 12:49 am (UTC)(link)
The 'demoness' with the big jewel seal in the middle of her forehead. The one who kissed Kurogane? From Koryo, I think. I read the chinese version of Tsubasa, so I have no idea what the romanji for the countries are. ^^;

That's what I thought at first, but since you said Outo...

[identity profile] breze.livejournal.com 2005-09-22 05:48 am (UTC)(link)
Yep. Completely and utterly confused on names am I. Outo is the RPG world, isn't it?

Yep.

That's okay, things like that happen ^^
