Uh

I had so much fun making this week's icons for all icontests I'm in... One of them was extremely difficult and long to do, but I wanted to try. Maybe one of the things that frustrate me as an iconist is when I'm extremely proud of an icontest submission and I think it's really cool or different, and still, it hardly gets votes. Then you wonder what went wrong, when you love the icon you made and others don't. But still, I'm proud of my icons this week, no matter the result. Surely use them when I get the add-on.

Good news and bad news.

Good news: The PS2 arrived today! Yay!

Bad news: My piratey memory card just WON'T save data from the Final Fantasies. Fuuuuuuck! *headdesk*

A geeky tidbit: you can actually create 'styles' for paragraphs in Microsoft Word. In today's ofimática (don't know how to translate it; it refers to computer software used in office) practice, I felt like I was using CSS.

I see exactly what you mean for icons, and i've never been as good as you for them ^^ Then again, you have won a few times too *hugs*

I guess you never get enough of recognition or review for creative things you do, no matter what, we always tend to look back and think "argh, this is shit, nobody likes it and I thought it was good o_o I suck"

I know I feel like that approximatively everytime I post anything on my journal XD

I don't think it matters as long as you love your icons :) The same thing happens to me-- I'll love an icon and then it'll place last. But everyone has a different opinion of a "good" icon. ^^;

Yay for PS2.
