God, the cuteness and dorkness and... gah, gah! This guy is slowly eating by brain like it's commoners' ramen. Tamaki. ♥ He just outdoes himself in adorkability, exponentially.

I'm so in love with this idiot.

And I'm so happy Haruhi can respect him. She might not know him a lot, true, but everytime she and us find out more about him or the non-silly stuff he does, she can understand why he's like that and steps a bit out from the "get away from me, rich freak" first gut feeling. No, I'm not necessarily talking about shippy stuff (wellll kinda, but that would annoy all my Ouran-fen flist minus two or something), but the respect everyone in Tamaki's friend group has for him.

Maybe Ranka will treat him a bit better when Misuzu tells him how he helped him with Mei this summer. Who knows. I hope so.

This boy kills me. I want to hug him so hard and tightly... although, you know, I'd prefer if Haruhi did that. Here's hoping.

Much agreeing on what you said. The other guys seem a lot more tolerable when they're appreciating Tamaki for a change. Of course, they all do love him and are grateful to him deep inside, but it's so very nice to see the guys proving it (like during the incident with the newspaper club). It's even nicer to see Haruhi increasingly "getting" Tamaki better and, you know, just being a but more receptive to his feelings. Gosh, he's just so in love with her ;___;

Though I have to say that the ending... looked kinda creepy. *is willing to selfishly and against her better judgement ship Hitachiincest just so Hikaru doesn't get close to Haruhi*

Then I tried not to jump into conclusions with the twins, and went directly to "...dude, Kyouya sure likes to gossip. Wasn't the helping Misuzu thing a secret? And he tells the twins? He fails as a best friend O_o"

I don't know what Hikaru is thinking, really. He looks so... bitter? What the hell's up with that? Especially knowing that poor innocent Tamaki doesn't even have ulterior motives to be with Haruhi at this point. Or more like, he's quite in denial about his feelings. Maybe he thinks he could really lose Haruhi (and the rest?) that way. And we know that Tamaki doesn't enjoy loneliness ;__;

Either way, I'm sure Tamaki wouldn't ever do anything that threatens the Club's happiness purposely -- so I hope Hikaru doesn't snap at him or something, it would make me mad. I can understand Tamaki, but what's with Hikaru? Is he such a kid that he doesn't realize he likes Haruhi? Given that until a little ago, the twins didn't even talk to other people, I guess this is possible. Kaoru just turned out to be more mature. (and WTF is the anime doing??)

And yeah, I also thought about wtf is wrong with Kyouya. Does he enjoy this? Way to betray Tamaki's trust, man.

O_______oU Okay, I didn't get that further. The whole idea of Hikaru thinking like that freaks me out a lot. I just thought he was upset/jealous because Tamaki and Haruhi shared a secret he and Kaoru didn't know about. Not that far away like fearing the club being killed by Milord's so-called "flirting" with Haruhi or something, because the hell Tamaki would want that.

I don't know what's with Kyouya. Then again, I've never understood Kyouya because he's so closed. Even more than the twins.

I found scanlations in free_manga, but I don't know if all chapters are still available at the moment.

The anime is fun, but they left behind a lot of Tamaki's character background. And the humor seems less cliché than in the animation (...banana peels?)
