Woot woot woot
1. We got 9.58 in the group assignments! Can't believe we passed that crap, especially with a good mark, since the OOP bastard was the one who graded us.
Now, I hope I get to pass the exams, or it was all for nothing. *slaps self and grabs the stuff left to study*
2. Re: LJ Animanga Iconmaking Awards. Not surprised I was last place in CLAMP because I didn't have a thing to do up there, and all the other contestants had prettier icons. But dude, THIRD fucking PLACE in Best Crack ♥ It totally made my day, it's the first time I win something in this kind of things. Oh, and congrats to the people who read this journal who were nom'ed and/or won there.
3. I just burned Ubuntu Feisty Fawn in a CD to reinstall the Linux partition from scratch. (Not today, though.) Hopefully, this version would recognize (or can be configured easily to recognize) my wireless card.
ETA: OMG yeah! I'm writing this addendum from the laptop. From LINUX. I could get Teh Intawebz to work on the penguin platform!! *cries of joy a bit*
