I'm absolutely unable to get annoyed for a long time today. It's been a great day. Not even when the ice cream cone I bought broke and fell to the ground before I could taste it. Hell, I can't even find things to complain on next week's Tsubasa spoilers! (although WTF the non-K/F part ;_·). I'm not even sad my icon at clamp_lims is the worst one with a difference and I'll get expelled next week.

The Avatar and the The IT Crowd episode were great. I agree the Maiko part was out of the blue, but everything else was peachy. Incidentally, I'm glad I happened to read the Nick Magazine comic strips days before I watched this. Does that mean those comics are actually canon? Because I'm totally taking the Earth King & Bosco one as such (and LOL the ending with forest hippy vibes appeared as it was on the episode X'DDDDDDD). And with them, I still don't buy Maiko.

So I went to the city today to have lunch outside and spend a last day out for this summer. It was a pretty relaxing walk. I also went on shopping spree at FNAC. I got two Discworld books ("Pyramids" and "Guards! Guards!", finally!), and two Futurama seasons on DVD.

I'd like it if it had a stronger base. Yes, I've read the comic but it still felt weird there (especially having the girl who dated Zuko meeting them minutes before they kiss, WTF. I did LOL at the William Tell thing with the fish, but... er)

I have to agree there, honestly. Maybe in future episodes they can develop the pairing more? I just hope they didn't forced the Maiko just because of all the Zutarians fanbase? (Actually that bit with Jin bothered me a lot, because Zuko liked her... ;; In my heart they're still my OTP.)

:/ We will see. Anyway, there are a lot of awful icons (in my opinion) this week, so maybe you might as well survive.

The Jin thing was a very direct way of them saying "OMG look how much cooler than the filler love interest Mai is!1!!", and that sucked balls. But I still it was sudden not because of the date, but for the "hai Ty Lee, remember how Zuzu and Mai were crushing when they were lil lol?" <- uh, the canon had apparently only Mai crushing, so both having a crush seemed out of the blue. And it looks like she can only turn him on via abuse or humiliations or telling him to shut up, which makes me not to ship it (masochism? in my vanished prince?! it's more likely than you think!)

Diablos, ¿sabes? No había tomado muy en serio la revista y la releí ahorita y... carajo, tienes razón. Y es que a mi la idea de Mai/Zuko me gustaba mucho, pero de verdad tienes razón respecto a lo de Jin y... ¿por qué no lo vi la primera vez que lo leí? Dx Siiiigh.

Respecto al LIMS, hice trampa y ya sé cuál es tuyo. LOL, yo había pensado que fue #16. :'D

(Me eliminaron de uno de los LIMS [porque ese icon suckeaba así que ya lo sabía] y en un battle pero por bajos puntos gracias a una semana mala que tuve [pero estuvo bien, creo, porque quedé como entre los lugares 15-18 de como 60 personas \o/] Y la verdad, me alegra, menos presión ahora. xD)

A mí Maiko, al igual que el Harry/Ginny, jamás me molestó teóricamente y me parecía que era de los que más sentido tenían con el chico. Pero la ejecución fue... agh. Creo que restregarlo en la cara de la ex por contraste es terrible, en especial si el modo que trata Jin a Zuko se me hace más constructivo a largo plazo para su emo que el de Mai.

LOL XD Yo no me imaginé que el tuyo era el chibi. Está monísimo!

Por supuesto que Jin es una mejor opción a largo plazo, siendo honesta me deprime un poco que no pueda tener un papel más importante. Hizo maravillas en una sola cita, hey. Quiero pensar que todo es un plan de Azula y que esos comics lo único canon que tienen es que se basan en el canon y ya, espero. D:

Hahaha, estaba toda nerviosa porque pensé que quizá sería demasiado raro comparado con todos los demás y que los colores/textura/todo no gustara o que nadie notara todo el trabajo que me costó hacerlo.. 8D; Pero hey, me fue bien.

Incluso, me fue bastante bien con los icons que me gustaban esta semana. =O (menos en dos, haha y todavía no tengo idea si mi idea en el de Avatar funcionó o si la fregué demasiado).

Yo el canon de esos comics lo tengo selectivo: todos los que tienen a Sokka son canon y los demás no :D Es que la idea de Bosco y las garritas con manicure es bárbara XD
