You know what I just noticed? In all three season finales, what breaks my heart the most is always something related to Zuko and Iroh. Actually, the moment I understood they're my top favorite platonic/family relationship in Avatar WAS during Book 1's finale.

I find Zuko's character development to be the best one in the show, hands down. It's perhaps a dumb, painfully obvious thing to say, something everyone knows. But I just wanted to say it aloud. His journey was just amazing. I didn't expect at the beginning of the show that I'd root for that dork this hard.

Then again, I'm a sucker for princes/princesses who care about the others. And Zuko grew up to be one splendidly. And it's all thanks to having a top notch mentor such as Uncle Iroh.

...Shit, I just remembered the reunion and I'm about to tear up again ;_; So I'll leave it at that before the ranting makes me bawl.
