12. Describe the relationship between 2 and 8 in the canon. Would you change it? Why? [Gumshoe, Miles]
OMG, an actual canon relationship! Gumshoe was Edgeworth's designed detective for several cases. Miles is easily exasperated with Dick's stupidity, but Gumshoe still admires Edgeworth a lot, cares for him, and always does his best to help him out when he's in trouble. I'm looking forward to their spinoff game.
I don't think I'd change it, although emopants could be a bit nicer to Gumshoe sometimes.
13. In your list, who do you think is the perfect match for 3 and why? [Ema]

I have even less of an idea of why Apollo would join him from all people. Gotta be desperate to ask the person who'd put you in jail twice for help; then again, Kris is marrying Phoenix already so... OOC galore. I do think Edgeworth would lend his red convertible to help Wright out. And... did Ema buy the zombie machine through mail catalog? Well, at least the meme did choose the closest thing to a mad scientist, sorta.
How it follows? I have the foggiest idea. WTF.

Since it's Edgeworth, I bet he'd be all "NO I WON'T OPEN OR ACCEPT YOUR PRESENT, WRIGHT. IT FILLS ME WITH THESE FEELINGS." for minutes and minutes, until Maya tops him into opening it or opens it herself.
I have no idea what it might be. I leave that to shippers to come up with.

Not even her is heartless enough to kick a puppy/kitty. Maybe she'll take the animal home and train it ruthlessly a la Hawkeye, however.
