Hey, it's never too late for a game. I played Symphonia last year. I've been playing Monkey Island recently. But aren't Zeldas and Final Fantasies like complete different genres, though? Yeah, but either way I have troubles getting into turn-based RPGs. I like button mashing and puzzles, in part because of Zelda, but also explains why I like Tales Of games.
The subtext is so awesome I was joking about shipping it before Peony even physically appeared. The fact it made so much sense later and was much fun (and their friendship keeps popping in everywhere) made it real OTP or something.
I assume there might be folks who wouldn't stand her in personality, because people have different tastes in characters, but they're still pretty much screwed since -unlike other games- Raine is the only healer and they're stuck with her :'D But man, she's kickass, which I thank for because that game's bosses are fucking brutal.
