Jazz is a very dashingly handsome cat. Judging by the expression on his face, I'm sure he thinks so, too.

Also, even though you don't feel like talking about it, I want to say that I sympathize with the situation about your grandmother. My own grandmother had knee surgery last month, and since she lives alone, my parents had a hard time making sure that she was all right while being shuttled from the hospital to the rehab center to her house. We live an hour away from her, and she isn't capable of taking care of herself the way she used to (i.e., she doesn't eat well, she can't reach the higher clothing racks in her closet anymore, and she can't keep the house clean).
