There is (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Super_Mario_64_DS)! It came out at the same time than the triple G (grande, gorda, gris) NDS, actually. And I have no idea how my brothers could play it at the time (except the minigames with stylus, those were easy)

The one reason I don't emulate N64 games on my comp is because I've never been able to find a USB controller with that many buttons.
