Well Caracas at night is a different story. Going out in Caracas at day or night is like going into a shark pool soaked in blood, and splashing about going "here fishy, fishy, fishy."

Meanwhile, I'm going to be in Spain in January, and so help me, FOREVER, because I have an European citizenship and now I HAVE to use it.
