because You Do Not Crush On A Bilbo-type
That's the good thing about meeting Clow before reading Tolkien. My head is at peace.

With Eriol, well, my first reaction was "Harry! What are *you* doing here???"
Interesting: when I read OotP, I said "Watanuki! what are you doing here???"

I still think that it was the reason behind the splitting of powers what gave him depth, and sent him from "cliché" to "character with a personality".
Agreed. Although anime!Clow is so cute and zen, reading under a tree at the siesta time.

But Eriol was there to be seen, and he was smart and funny. He bought me completely with the Yamazaki thing.
He always was. Thankfully, he's not a Harry type (he's more of a mix between Fred and George with Dumbledore), so no clichés with him. Yamazaki has always been my favorite comic relief in the series, so him and Eriol joining forces is too hilarious! XD

Well, except during the race with Sonomi, because he is SO Clow there. "I'm such a nice guy that I just have to kick your butt, don't you think I'm a gentleman?" *grin*
Great, now I discover why Clow, when interacting with Yuuko, sounds so familiar. It's the Fujitaka & Sonomi effect!

The temper was what won me. And there just *has* to be something about Clow there.
I love the CLAMP cranky boys stereotype (Kamui and CCS!Syaoran at first, Kazahaya...), so me falling with Kimi at first sight was 'inevitable'. Of course there's got to be something about Clow!! (look who are saying that: the meiosis girl and the one who wrote him as Clow and Yuuko's lovechild *snorts* We gotta admit, our theories are too crazy XD)

Tsubasa... is very confusing. o.O
Understatement of the year...
