Christ in a pogo stick...
My mom bought some optical wireless mouse + keyboard. Cool? Not. The mouse hates me and refuses to work with me. Only with me. It's biased.
I'm browsing with the Tab and Enter key. I kid you NOT.
Anyway, I'm checking my Kimihiro.net email, and a person sent me a fanfiction. It would be nice, except for the fact it's not a XXXHOLiC fic. The XXXHOLiC characters were nowhere to be seen.
It was a Tsubasa fic. Even worse: a Sakura/Syaoran wangsty fic. WTF?
How many times do I have to say XXXHOLiC =/= Tsubasa? Even thought they're connected, they're different series! Therefore, my website is not about Tsubasa. It's about XXXHOLiC! And as I said in the FAQ, I'm not turning it into a Tsubasa fansite.
Of course, I had to bite my tongue, I mean, fingers, so I wouldn't tell her/him "can't you read, dumbass?" My reply was:
Hun, you're barking to the wrong tree. My website is about *XXXHOLiC*, not *Tsubasa*, just in case you didn't notice. The series are different, and I'm not publishing TRC fics unless Yuuko and/or Watanuki are main characters. Which are not, in your case. So sorry, but I think you should send your fic to other websites, not mine.
I must add I happen to have short profiles about the Tsubasa main characters for the same reason I have Clow Reed as a character: crossovers. But something involving Sakura, Syaoran and Fye (can't remember if I saw Kurogane or he was just referred) in some world, and without even mentioning Yuuko is -no- adequate for my site. Just no.

It seems like I'm always having to replace the batteries on the mouse when I use my mom's computer... added to that is that the mouse seems to be able to work fine for at least a few months for my mom, but for me the batteries only seem to last a week, if I'm lucky. I don't know why the mouse feels the need to go on strike around me, but I do know that I much prefer my optical mouse even though it has a wire (at least I'm not always having to replace batteries).
