Do you think I'm a nutjob because I randomly comment and rant in a thread at a board just to correct someone who called the Mokonas "Mokona and Modoki"?

God, people must hate me in TAFL.

Anyway, icephoenix provided me with some scans from the XXXHOLiC fanbook for K.net, which I'll be putting in the gallery once I figure a couple of things on the script. chibiyuuto, I don't know if she told you, but she also scanned the book so you could share it with people in your journal, if you want ^^ And if anyone in your flist can translate the text, it'd be awesome.

I'm sooooo looking forward to watch this movie *sobs* The pretty backgrounds are killing me. Meanwhile, you know your fandom is totally doomed with future canon mansmut when even the moviemakers ship and support Doumeki/Watanuki enough to make a whole bloody section on the fanbook for them! I swear to God there's a WxD section! Even worse, there's an image of a scene where you can see they had to share the room at the weird mansion. Thankfully, in separate beds... But still... they're feeding the fangirls. Damn you, why is my XXXHOLiC OTP precanon? That way, we'd never get to see fanservice *weeps*

Now for some random things. I found this image I completely forgot in my gallery CD. laurus_nobilis, you're going to LOVE this.



Considering we have fanon!Clow as a Solitaire lover, is this making Clow/Yuuko sort of canon? XD Just available on Japanese cellphones, I'm afraid. I so want to play this game!

Edit: I forgot to say. Watanuki's seiyuu is so cute. And dorky; he appears with glasses on all the images. Is he channelizing his character? XDDDD

Nah, don't worry, if you are better informed than them, it's good to make them realize they're wrong (that sounded bitchy XD). I'm absolutely fed up with things like "Mokona & Modoki" or "all three Mokonas are the same". Guess they didn't read the part of the mini-illust book where Clow and Yuuko explain to Soel and Larg that they made them so that they resemble MKR!Mokona, just a little bit smaller than teh God XD In our fansub's version of Tsubasa, we put a crossover note explaining that (algo como "Esta es Mokona=Soel=Modoki, que fue creada a imagen de la Mokona de MKR"), and when we showed that episode in a convention, someone said "Ha! That's wrong! This Mokona is the same one that appeared in Rayearth!" and not shouting at him required all my might and self-control -__-

I felt the same when I tried to convince the rest of the staff that Tsubasa's anime is NOT called Tsubasa ~RESEVoir CHRoNiCLE~, only Tsubasa Chronicle, thus things like "Tsubasa ~RESEVoir CHRoNiCLE~: Music of" didn't make sense at all. And that's why everything is now listed as T(R)C...

But it was necessary, clarifying that the anime and manga aren't called the same because Bee Train is filled with stupid.

But this was the third time I post something in TAFL related to Mokona Modoki. First, I had a fight with Yuzuriha, who had the Mokona Modoki relashionship fanlisting under a really random name (according to her, it's the "Italian version") at Shameless Self-promotion. Then, when someone finished the black Mokona fanlisting and had it under "Mokona Soel Modoki (black Mokona)", I had my small wank over the Characters subforum with the staffer at that time -can't remember who. She couldn't find enough proof in fansites that I was right and the owner wasn't. And now at the CLAMP marathon post, when someone wanted to make a "Mokona & Modoki" layout.

I think some of the members must see me as the "Mokona freak" at this point...
