Well, I desperately NEED to see Yuuko's face in pages 9-10! A part of me is hoping it's not her talking generic and might be an one-sided C/Y hint there. But the other part is scared it's just rambling and we're interpreting this out of the bat. And get disappointed.

I'm shipping a goddamned fanon couple. I'm not supposed to be expecting anything from canon. It's not FAIR CLAMP choose words that can make you interpret it as a shipping subtext. NOT FAIR.

And in other news, curses!

I can't be such a bastard after today.

When D/W happens (because it WILL; sharing half an eye is a contract for canon OTP in CLAMPverse), I'll be happy for them. Really. Doumeki deserves him now.

It's still not an OTP, I'd still prefer them as friends or unsolved at the end of the series, but I won't be mad like I thought I was going to be.

OMG. I need to see those pages. *___* Even if they never make it canon, as long as they don't contradict it and give us these sneaky ambiguous hints, I'm a happy fangirl.

And I'll be happy about D/W, too. I like that Kimihiro is becoming his friend first, and it wasn't a sudden "OMG wub" thing. And I just love Doumeki too much not to wish him luck. ^_^

This saga ended up a lot better than I expected! I'm glad HOLiC isn't losing the light-hearted part.

I think they will. Maybe not in a closed relationship, but with them telling people or doing things that tell the other is his most important person and stuff.
