A couple of pet peeves in fandom spellings and names

People calling the manga Tsubasa Chronicle. It's understandable if they don't read it and just follow the anime, but if they own the bloody thing and read it, then I want to smash them with a mallot. RESERVOIR, RESERVOIR!

This may be a typo most of the times, but it irks me when I see Cardcaptor Sakura abbreviated as "CSS". As I'm a webmistress, it sort of confuses me, as that's the acronymous for cascade stylesheet.
So I'm hoping to see someday the following question:
"what's ur fav css couple?"
so I can answer, with sarcasm

Yes, it'd be funnier if you knew CSS.

This one is an oldie. The Sakurazukamori's name is Seishirou, or Seishiro if you're used to translations. Changing one letter changes the whole thing. So really, learn it well and don't write Seichirou or Seichiro. Because that sounds eerily similar to Seiichirou or Seiichiro. Who is, as you know, the Dragon of Heaven with glasses who's a windmaster.
So suddenly reading that someone supports "Seichirou/Subaru" is, um... interesting.
It doesn't help that some of my own old edition volumes by Planeta actually confuse the spellings *facepalm* At least that's fixed later on the series. Maybe Spanish SeiSub fans approached them with pitchforks.

De acuerdo con todo, especialmente con lo primero porque me toca muchísimo la moral. Aunque a mí misma a veces (incluso hablando) se me escapa CSS, pero me autocorrijo inmediatamente ^^u Y lo de Planeta no tiene nombre, recuerdo algo como que Subaru o Kamui hacía un diálogo consigo mismo (aunque Ashura en el último tomo de Norma también lo hace, el estigma sigue vigente).

Ah, hablando de nombrar correctamente, supongo que viste que al fin se arregló lo de la relación entre las Mokonas en TAFL (aunque lo tuve que volver a explicar una vez más >_>).

Er, de hecho... es que yo le mandé una serie (bueno, serie no, fueron dos) de emails a Kylara al respecto, y creo que la cabreé bastante porque en el último me puse muy pesada (yo creo que no la insulté, en mi opinión, pero supongo que no le gustó mi tono sabelotodo para variar porque me dijo que soné algo grosera *shrugs*). Qué quería, si me insinuó que ya había averiguado el asunto meses atrás cuando estaba con characters, pero es que la info que consiguió estaba mal y yo creé un shrine... Pero sí, me parece que solté tu nombre en medio del discurso para tener algo de apoyo en el staff, lo siento mucho por la molestia que te pudo causar >o<

Pero en fin. Yo estaba muy dispuesta a soltarle pruebas si no me creía, y se lo dije. Scans raws en japonés de Tsubasa y HOLiC, scans del libro de Mokona Modoki (que me lo compré ^^ me llegará en un par de semanas con mi Infinity si aduana no se pone pesada)... yo iba a por la guerra con artillería pesada ^^UUUUUUU

Sé que es una chorrada, pero si menciono 40 veces en mi shrine que la negra no se llama Modoki, y en el link de TAFL la llaman así, la cosa contrasta.

I know what you mean, I see people calling CCS CSS all the time! I've done it myself as a typo before, but I always catch myself when I do. Oh, and if we're talking about our CSS ships, I'd have to say mine would is scrollbar-arrow-color/scrollbar-track-color, because you know their love is so wrong and yet so right!

Apparently my New Years resolution is to get more bang for my buck!
