For some reason I don't understand, I downloaded the FMA OVAs they were available for grabs at the main comm fm_alchemist. I blame it on train-wreck syndrome.

God, what was that all about?!

The "kids" one started all nice and cute. I thought it might be an AU in which Ed, Al and Winry as kids lived in current Japan. Then, weirdness started. We got to see some Roy, Havoc, Falman and Breda wannabes around 12 years old, playing TCGs in the street -with Breda pwning Roy, because Breda seemed more or less canon to compensate the pink thong in the other OVA, I assume.

Well, ages didn't match. But THEN, Hughes appeared as a POLICEMAN. WTF?! Why is Hughes the only adult?!

And then, Bones tried to explain by putting the kids' grandfather on screen. Who was an OLD ED who would totally look like Hohenheim, beard included, if it wasn't for the automail (WTF?) and the photo he had of him and Al.

And then they put this tag below: "Edward Elric, who just turned 100."

WHAT?

But he doesn't even look that old!!!

And the worst part is, in that Japan, the anime of FMA existed.

WHAAAAAT?!

And this one was better than the SD/chibi one. God, I'm not touching that one. Even Elysia manages to be OOC.
