Not until I'm sure WTF is with them, no.

1. The cave incident in manga. It's when he did the most magic in that canon, but also showed he, although moody, is good at crisis and can be kind and shy. That's Li in a nutshell for you.
2. Sleeping beauty play. He sucks at acting XD
3. The episode with The Twin in anime. I loved how he syncronized with Meiling in shaolin kung fu.
Extras: The episode with The Time because of the football déjà-vu, and when he burned Touya's sleeve in manga. And his behavior towards his family at the first movie.

It's odd how I liked him more at the first arc, and how my top moments lack the blush-and-run. I found him better when he was a brat who was deep down a softie, and not a softie who's deep down a brat.

1. All chapter 47. I refuse to choose one from a) her king-and-people speech, b) the arm cutting, c) "PWNED, Bradley!" So deal with it :P
2. All chapter 57. Her blaming herself, and "Half a year!", and her fight with Mei (sorry! but it was part of her moments, too), and then both bitchslapped by Knox (XDDD)
3. All chapter 34, for comedy relief. The mask restauration incident AND Ninjas On A Train!

...I don't know, man. I love Kakyou, but besides the Hokuto stuff and his moment with Kotori, he lacks solid moments. He's always in this cycle of emo: watches stuff, gives advice to someone, mopes because Hokuto died, [optional] gets molested by Fuuma [/optional], rinse and repeat. I can think of two, but not three.

1. Second task. I think it's the first solid proof of his "hero complex", and the only case in which he actually manages to succeed. He took it so seriously. He didn't even know Gabrielle Delacour, but he still took her out.
2. I'll comprise all those little moments in which he says things to stand up to his friends, no matter how bad they're insulted. Like when he shrugs off Malfoy at book 1 and tells him he already knows how to choose the right friends and points at Ron. Or when he sits at the train in book 6 with Neville and Luna and tells them they ARE cool enough for him. And when he talks to Scrimgeour and says he's "Dumbledore's man through and through." I liked how faithful to his people he is.
3. The day Hagrid takes him to Diagon Alley for the first time, because it was like a passage ritual or something and gives me warm, fuzzy feelings. The poor dear was all "OMFG this IS happening! I'm a wizard and I'm buying cool magical stuff and people know me and... sigh I'm a n00b and I'm so screwed..."
Extra: Graveyard scene. It was the first time he was in Big Shit and, while he was out of there because of mere luck, it was rather tense and he still didn't win at the end.

Uh, it's just that more than moments it's Kyon's personality and inner thoughts what gets to me. And if I do list scenes with him I like, most of them are going to be Kyon/Haruhi subtext or the average SOS-brigade-member-tells-their-big-secret-to-Kyon stuff. And that's redundant. That's the problem with that series.

1. When he comes out of Gluttony's stomach. He was smart and figured how to get out by himself and, later on, returns to the gate and gets to see his brother's body.
2. When he unburies his mother's tomb and discovers what they transmuted wasn't her. It was heartbreaking.
3. When he had his automail surgery and didn't complain at all because he knew Al had more pain than him.

There are more moments, but they're either shipper ones or brother bonding moments.

1. When he's kidnapped because he stayed behind at the springs, and then he and Zuko kicked the Earth people's asses.
2. When he said Zuko goodbye at the North Pole. It broke my heart.
3. The flashback with little Lu Ten. So cute and so sad.
Extras: His conversation with Toph -it really shows how he is, really-, the "delectible tea or deadly poison" plant thing, the white lotus thing, all those small eccentricities.

1. When she tried to bug one of the wing parasites. Because it was Yuuko. Doing. Actual and serious. MAGIC. With a sigil and all, OMGsquee. and of course, we can't be having cool!Yuuko in the anime, so that was out of it because of FWR
2. When she gave white Mokona to the TRC-tachi. Besides her awesome and sexy magical outfit, that was a special moment from her, so it must be in the ranking.
3. The mahjong exorcise, because she was so crazy and yet so cute there. And she was so channelizing Kakei.

1. Green slime tantrum :D Dispair! Anguish! Horror!
2. The Wales scene because it's Howl. In Wales. In a rugby jacket. Dealing with his family. And we'll never know if Sophie just gets easily carsick or Howl sucks at driving that much. Alas.
3. The whole ending, from his rescuing for Sophie at the waste to the contract breaking and him getting rid of Miss Angorian.
