Waaaah, Pluto, I'll miss you! ;_;

I wrote a Spanish Touya/Yukito fic today, and I had completely forgotten how easier it is to write in your own language. It's been so long since I've done it, I started plotting the lines in my head in English XD But after I turned that switch off, it went so nicely. You don't have to rack your brains so much, searching for a word or the most adequate translation you can think of. Because at least in my case, I find myself writing in some sort of English/Spanish mash (not Spanglish or Florida!latin!English; it's something weirder than that), in which you tend to mentally fill the holes with the language you're writing on. They tend to be loose words or particular fragments you can't find an easy way to say in your limited (or not) vocabulary.

But when you type in the language you learned to think in, it's so much better. You have less doubts. Sure, you have less readers as well, but what can you do.
