Best T-shirt ever! (warning: SPOILERS. FOR EVERYTHING EVER)

I think Tsubasa, now that I've read the latest spoilers and all, has changed its status from "WHAT THE SHIT WHYYYYYYY?" to "ON THE LAST EPISODE OF SAINT SEIYA..."

I don't know, maybe it shows how much I care about anyone in Celes and Valeria right now, but I find the tragedy fucking funny. Just like, you know, Saint Seiya. It's not that TRC looks anything like SS because it doesn't (although you could argue that in some areas...) The whole Fay+Yuuy flashback is all like RG Veda puked on Clover or something. It's just the amount of tragedy and drama piled on that it feels so soap-opera-like and I laugh my ass out.

Because someone will bring this up: yeah, I know CLAMP were Kurumada fangirls!

I don't care if you think I'm a bad person for mocking Fye|Yuuy's zomg so trajik past. Hell, I would've felt so sorry for 'our poor Fay' if this had been brought some volumes ago. But with the amount of wangst going on, it's like over the top or something.

Well, at least it's something to look forward to in Celes, hmm? And I hope there's a tiny name wank, too. It'd make it even more special.

Well, if TRC pre-angst is a sort of parody of a shounen series, and the audio dramas are a parody of high school AU, maybe post-Tokyo and these last worlds are a parody of their own traumatic angst in other mangas?

Dunno, I normally laugh it out when tragedy or seriousness is too extreme. It's a good thing to have one or two angsty arcs, but three in a row? If CLAMP had like shown or hinted any part of this before the shit hit the fan, it wouldn't look so on-purpose now.
