What an awful final result DDDD: That... was retarded.

To shake the depression off, I checked the new FNAC store downtown.

DUDE. AWESOME. BOOKS. MANGA. BOOKS IN FUCKING ENGLISH. AJKHSJKHJKAHKH.

It was almost like I was living in a city or something. Hi civilization!

After that, I went to a gaming shop and bought Puzzle Quest and English Training for my new, still unnamed DS. My brothers will probably mock my game choices, but that's okay because I mock them when they draw penises with the Celestial Brush in Okami anyway.

Speaking of which, the jewelry fights with skeletons will have to stand by. Waka, ma chéri! ♥ We have a date with destiny, and we mustn't keep her waiting~~! *runs to connect the PS2*

(...I actually slipped a real Waka quote up there. Oh, he's such a dork.)

Actually, the story is pretty lame (yeah, it has a story... just don't compare it with a FF or a Tales of), but the game is pretty addictive. Then again, it might be me, since I love puzzles.

No, you got it wrong: it just has some English books. The manga is all in Spanish, and it still lacks the variety of a good comic book shop. But still, it was more than I thought I'd find, so I was all "squee". *it's easier to get to FNAC from campus than to her regular bookstores, the comics one and the literature one*

Ah, oh well. Back to Canada for English manga. There is a bookstore near-ish to where I live (and the FNAC) but it's bloody expensive for an English book I could get for a lot cheaper. But, still BOOKS &hearts &hearts &hearts .

I wish we had FNAC in the UK ;_; I saw one in France and my mum had to literally drag me away from the anime boxset display. That shop is addictive ~~and bad for the bank balance!~~

The one in my city is... well, I suspect it's not as big as one in Paris or Madrid. Hell, maybe a Borders or a B&N is bigger; I have no idea since I've never been to one of those. But for the middle of nowhere, it's pretty huge.

Ours doesn't have that much of an anime variety D: Well, it's still more than most places here, but it's not that assorted.
