1. Let's say someone in Europe buys an item on an online store located in Hong Kong. Since she doesn't mind the wait and her budget is TIGHT, she picks the cheapest shipping option, the one without tracking and insurance. Five months pass, and the fucking thing doesn't arrive, so it's safe to say it got lost somewhere. Again, she's not 100% sure because duh, no tracking. She really, really wants to own this item, by the way. Should she...?
a) Wait some more, just in the unlikely case it happens to arrive. (if chosen, say how long would YOU wait for it)
b) Just buy it again as soon as she can financially take that luxury again.
c) Just give up already. Paying twice for the same thing? Pfffft, idiot.
2. Is it true that VLC can play ANY DVD on your computer, no matter the region or if it's NTSC/PAL? Because I can think of a couple of stuff that I can only find in NTSC...
