LOLOLOLOL. I think Chopper wins because he's smarter and has multiple shapes. Although Beast could have an upperhand if he sics the object servants on the reindeer. Chopper would ironically mind-boggle for talking candeliers and shit.

(I swear this is funnier if you understand that Waka's outfit resembles the traditional tengu look in mythology. Hence the fight choice.)
