More spam, and a plead for HELP ;________;

ALANNA, WHERE ARE YOU ;________; Dammit, why didn't I poke you when I could this morning?

PLEASE, I NEED A GRAMMAR BETA URGENTLY FOR MY YULETIDE FANFIC! I can't reveal the fandom, but I just need grammar and spelling nitpicking so it doesn't matter if you're not familiar with it. Please, please ;_; *begs*

ETA: Ah, and it needs to be done tomorrow. I forgot to mention that.

Anyway, in the newsstand inside the bus station, I saw this magazine special issue with a list of what they thought to be the best 100 videogames. Now, I didn't buy it, shiny as it looked like, because it was fucking expensive and I can buy a manga volume with that. I just flipped it a bit to see if my favorites placed, and I can't remember all the details well. I just want to express the GLEE I had because Ocarina of Time was #1. And I thought it wasn't going to be on it at all (unless in the really scrap bottom), but Okami placed on #21. Dude! <3 I don't know, when people think highly of that game, I feel so happy for no reason. And call me an asshole, but I was tempted to laugh because God of War was like #95 or something. Nothing against that series and all, but people love that one so much you'd think that it was more likely for it and Okami to switch positions. BUT NO, AHAHAHAHA! >D

As a note of interest for the Squeenix people, I do recall FFXII placed higher than FFVII. However, A Link To The Past placed higher than both.

ETA: I googled it, and I've seen that te list itself is sucky and lacks a lot of NES and SEGA games. Oh well. I just like that someone mentioned Okami somewhere, so nyah.

Oh, I'd much rather a native English speaker, actually.

You could always have [livejournal.com profile] laurus_nobilis nitpick the canon while [livejournal.com profile] tricianna goes over it for spelling/grammar. As long as it's not a very long fic, you could get both done by tonight.

It's just around 2500 words. And I've already talked to Laurus about checking characterization ^^ I'm not sure Anna still feels like doing the rest, though.
