When the rainy days are dying
...Oh man, I've been so away from everything recently it's not even funny. I think I need to be poked back to life. I need to choose priorities on... anything, actually. I've been absent from LJ for like three days. And it wasn't because I was studying or doing anything relevant. I was just... too lazy to read the flist. I'm so apathetic. I want to feel happy and productive again. I want to feel more loved. I want to do more than RP threads. I don't know, I'm rambling again.
Sigh.
You know, I watched the trailer of the new game from Vanillaware (the ones who did Odin Sphere, BTW), Oboro Muramasa Youtouden. Goddammit, that game is just so pretty looking: same graphic engine but with a Japanese fantasy plot?! DO WANT! I hope this shit won't arrive to Europe or I'll have to buy a Wii.
Reading about contradictions in Court Records:
It made me wonder, then. I think I wanted to assume that case 1-5 happens in an alternate universe. You know, different timelines in this sci-fi way. That way, Edgeworth's JFA/T&T canon wouldn't be raped up the ass. Besides, no one ever thought again about those Evidence Laws.
...But see, if case 1-5 happens in a different timeline, that would mean that the whole Apollo Justice saga is also a part of it, since Ema Skye is a part of both, and something separated from the original Phoenix games. And suddenly, almost everything made beautiful sense for some minutes. What if in Ema!timeline things happened differently? I thought about the possibility of Maya not coming back in JFA, making her absence in flashbacks at 4-4 less painful, and giving me the idea of a fluffy post!T&T world where no main saga character is missing and Nick is still an attorney, and the Gavins and Gramaryes are not around them to fuck the shit up. However, I remember there's still the fucking Magatama in the MASON system, so no dice (unless it only exists as fiction in that game). Oh well, the idea would've been so nice if it had actually made sense. And it would've given logic to the great fandom divide caused by AJ.
