I wouldn't have doubts if it were a boxset, but individual DVDs are a ripoff here and a pain to find them all if you don't live in a large city (which is why, for instance, I never bought Twelve Kingdoms). Also, 60€ for an entire season that's not a collector's edition seems a bit too much to me (I mean, 10 bucks the disc isn't that bad, but I've seen cheaper).

I think that series is being released the same way here (2 DVDs in one). If you are worried about not finding the DVDs maybe the store can special order them for you? Of course I do understand money is an issue. I would only buy it if you really love the series I guess.

That IS the thing. I liked it a lot, but I wouldn't buy every series I like on DVD because of my budget. Especially because I've been planning to import Kino no Tabi from the UK for Christmas for a while, since it'll be released on boxset on region 2.
