This fandom loves me so much
While I was waiting for the epic asskicking that Mrs. Izumi Curtis (and many others) are bringing, I stumbled into the most ridiculous anime DVD cover that is relevant to my interests in history. It includes, of course, one Colonel Curtiss.

...I. Wow. I don't even know what's funnier! Is it Jade's mortified tsundere expression for having to share spotlight with such familiar loonies? Is it Dist being beyond pissed because he was thrown into the background and isn't next to Jaaaaaaaade? Or is it happy Peony not giving a damn and rubbing the cute rappig on everyone's face?
How the hell is this official art and not fanart?! And all the other DVD covers seem so serious, while the Keterburg guys just bring the dork in theirs. It's amazing. It's not even a good cover artistically speaking, but the faces make the whole thing. Or maybe I'm easy to amuse when it comes to those three.

The TOTA anime creators are their own trolls, apparently. I'm going to have to assume that's Jade the Rappig that the Emperor is holding. Good times.
