...I don't even know. Real life has been a pain in the ass so I didn't feel in the mood to do most online stuff. I'm sorry for not commenting much. I have like a gazillion memes to do, a couple of icons to make, a full post about Persona 4 to write. Let's try to take it easy?


Daffy (Looney Tunes)
Do you remember that Daffy Duck cartoon where the animator kept trolling at Daffy's expenses, and then it turned out it was Bugs "ain't I a stinker?" Bunny all along? There's this point when he's redrawn like this. So, my all-purpose WTF icon was born.


Alphonse (Fullmetal Alchemist) + Luke and Mieu (Tales of the Abyss)
Parodies of (parodies of) the first Legend of Zelda game ever. Namely,

Ema (Ace Attorney)
She's so cute when a teenager! This is my geek-research icon, which I should use more often.


UFO catch aliens (Toy Story)
First, they're cute and crazy, what's not to like. It's also my "LOL ALIENS" icon, because extraterrestrial life in general seems to haunt all media, and I believe everything is better (or worse) with aliens.


Tear + Saphir the rappig (Tales of the Abyss)
I swear, scenes like that made the anime worthwhile. It serves a double purpose, for poking people and for pointing out kawaii!11! moe1!1 Besides, I like Tear, I like the rappigs, so it's all good.


Peony (Tales of the Abyss)
Which reminds me, what happened with the Jade manga?! ;_; A-anyway, here's the emperor of Malkuth holding a Malkuth miniflag like a dork. I love that country so much. Few people know I can obsess over fictional nations just as much as I obsess over fictional people.


Kino (Kino no Tabi)
I love traveler anime/manga. Kino no Tabi is an awesome 13-episode anime, one of my top favorite ever. This image, from the light novels illustrator, is pretty.


Ling, Fu, Lan Fan (Fullmetal Alchemist)
Another thing I obsess about is fictional groups of people. Here's Ling Yao and his badass ninja bodyguards, when things were lots simpler for those three. Which reminds me, how many days to chapter #100?!


Iroh (Avatar)
Because this old man is one of the most awesome guys that ever awesome'd. Does one need a reason to have an Iroh icon?


Gwendolyn (Odin Sphere)
Pretty SD valkyrie yay. Because Gwendolyn is cool and fun to play as. I have several icons of that fandom, and yet I rarely use them. The shame.


Good Omens
A quote from one of my favorite books ever. In the story, there's a recurrent joke that any tape you leave overnight in your car turns into a Best of Queen compilation. The exact moment where this icon comes from follows:

"Ah, this is more like it. Tchaikovsky," said Aziraphale, opening a case and slotting its cassette into the Blaupunkt.

"You won't enjoy it," sighed Crowley. "It's been in the car for more than a fortnight."

A heavy bass beat began to thump through the Bentley as they sped past Heathrow.

Aziraphale's brow furrowed.

"I don't recognize this," he said. "What is it?"

To while away the time as they crossed the sleeping Chilterns, they also listened to William Byrd's "We Are the Champions" and Beethoven's "I Want To Break Free." Neither were as good as Vaughan Williams's "Fat-Bottomed Girls."

I find that I have so many icons I never have a situation to use them, and then I forget I have them. Such is the case, among others, of this White Lotus!Iroh icon. I really should, like, pick randoms to optimize my userpic usage or whatever.

Yo digo que hagas una excepción y lo leas en ebook. Mira que yo odio leer en monitor, pero fue una de mis tres excepciones a la regla. Las quotes son tan pero tan win.
