In the cage

So, new icon. I replaced Watanuki with, erm, Watanuki ^^U But now it's green! :P And he looks hotter! *_*

I added a little something to the userinfo. The infamous HP animated siggies things. And then I noticed, the first one I put there, "My <3 belongs to Harry Potter"... A sun, in a blue background... See where I want to go? [bangs head against the keyboard] I can't believe I'm linking Harry with Eriol, again. I should know better by now.

Talking about crossovers, threeleaf and I were chatting over the weekend, and discovered (thanks to my fic) that there are parallelisms between A & C (Ran) from Clover, and Eriol & Fujitaka. Of course, there are tons of differences (Eriol is not a psycho, thank you very much), but there's one huge methaphoric similarity. They were at first in a cage (where the cage stands for Clow's shadow). One of the pair (Fujitaka) goes out to the world, finds a life, and grows up. The second one (Eriol) stays in the cage and can't grow up, staying that way. I love it when I find CLAMP recycling concepts in their works.

And I have yet something more to rant about the song Nemo by Nightwish. Yes, more! As you know, Nemo is an actual male name (famous for a Jules Verne book). But do you know its meaning in Latin? laurus_nobilis, you're gonna love this. Nemo means "no name, nobody". Remember how I named "The ones without a name" out of it? And sure, Laura, it fits Bastian Baltasar Bux even more!

No puede ser, el canon está tan on crack como los plot bunnies! <3

PS: BTW, Pam, I can't believe it. We won the Chiis! :D Go us, go us! Go HOLiC! HOLiC is, again, better than Chobits! XD

I know, that was weird...

Of course, the Kamuis and most of the Subarus did win us, but we must be proud, there's not a single Sakura or Chii ahead of us this week! ^____^
