So I wake up in a world with Gyakuten Kenji 2 coming up. And Edgeworth is still the main character.

a) I WANT GS5 MUCH, MUCH MORE /WHINE BIAS WHINE CHEESE WHINE
I was expecting a GK coming sooner, with Takumi not involved recently, so that wasn't that heartbreaking... but still. Meh.

b) Ah, it's also an Edgey game? Are they all GK/AAI games going to be his? Eshiro, drop your fanboy boner for him for a sec, because you can't see the potential of this series. Haven't they thought of rotating the prosecutor? One game with Franziska, one game with Godo-- wait, how is that going to work if he only takes cases with Phoenix?-, one game with Klavier ♥ (AND EMA AS THE DETECTIVE OH GOD PLEASE NO MORE LITTLE THIEF BULLSHIT I WANT THE SCIENCE GIMMICKS BACK), and so on. I know Edgeworth is the fan favorite and he sells like hot bread, but it would be more fun like this. I want to play as Klavier ;;

Hell, I'm the only person in the world who dislikes Franziska intensely, but I'm more than willing to put up with her bratty POV if this means the chance to get a Klavier game this decade.

THERE'S GOING TO BE A GK2? O____O I think I'm with you in this: I want GS5 more orz. AAI was good, at least for me, but... two games about Miles? =I The rotating prosecutor idea would be at least more interesting. And even if I do like Franziska, I can't enjoy the idea of a game with her being the main character, though. Just. Can't. See it. She's such an exaggerated character... I'm afraid it'd get annoying. But if that's how the series is going to be, I also have hopes for a game starring sparkling Klavier and detective Ema with shiny science. But Campcom can troll us with a game starring Payne, I'm afraid, so I'm not sure.

I looked in the comm and the only thing that made me a bit happy was to see Shelly de Killer.

I think a game with Franziska could actually be well done, AS LONG AS they take the chance to give her actual character development (because I hope I'm not bashing her with this, but showing that she's a tsundere who can be kinda nice to others if you squint doesn't exactly count as such), finally learning the meaning of becoming a prosecutor, being less whip-happy as the game passes by, that kind of stuff. I got the feeling that she has never learned anything from the games, and this could be a good excuse to have her understand the spirit of the plot. But IDK, for that I think we'd need Takumi, I don't trust this producer at all.

Viéndole el lado bueno, nunca podrán joder o matar a ningún personaje :( Con el tiempo suficiente, mínimo alguien de los niños es acusado de asesinato por el ~drama~, como pasó con Maya (lol tantas veces) y Edgeworth.

I would absolutely ADORE a Klavier and Ema game and take one of those over another Edgeworth game everyday of the week.
(And, I'd actually love a Franziska game, but she's my favorite character in the series so I'm a bit biased XD)

TBH, I didn't really enjoy AAI's gameplay and plot that much (though i didn't finish playing through it so MAYBE IT GETS BETTER?) and I don't want a sequel.

As much as I don't care for her, I think there's a lot of potential for a game with Franziska. She still has to understand the meaning of being a good prosecutor, so they could play with that, give her more individual development, find her own answer, etc.

I did like the gameplay, although I missed court shenanigans. The plot, however, was so meh and some cases were just bad.

Nope, it gets more annoying! The last case was dragging so much it left marks on the floor. And mind you, I liked the first two cases and the mandatory flashback one, but that last case was a nightmare.

I just think that the PW universe has so much great potential with characters (like franziska, ema, klavier, etc) that's being wasted on another game about a character who we already know so much about .__. (aka edgeworth).

The gameplay was alright, but it was 90% talking and 10% walking, and the walking really wasn't that excited.

Ugh, really? I'm glad I didn't finish it, then.

I totally just want a GS5 that takes place after AJ but brings back all of my favorite PW characters ;__;.
