Like, in real life or in the game? Because says word of wiki:

Abe no Seimei (安倍 晴明, February 21, 921 – October 31, 1005)
Kamo no Yasunori (賀茂 保憲, 917 - 977)
Minamoto no Yoshitsune (源 義経, 1159 – June 15, 1189)

Sooo seems like Yoshitsune was born when onmyoudo as we know it was already well established for a couple of centuries. I honestly doubt he had any relation to this, since onmyouji worked for the government and, by that time, this meant they were definitely pro-Fujiwara people.

I meant in the game, since I thought it was interesting that Waka ended up being drawn into onmyoudo (and the moon, the mythology, etc.) when his real-world counterpart wasn't. (I didn't know when onmyoudo was established, though!)
