Finally!

Hahaha, my latest ccs_awards icon was so fun to make, I decided to use it! And it's wintery, so it fits for December. Anyway, it's ready:

So the ones who read any of my fanfiction stories should go and friend this place.


Of course I cared! Just not the way you thought I did.

The first question was meant for anyone on my flist. Sadly, only a few answered the poll, and I really appreciate it ^_^ As there was only one 'no' (hugs Len anyway), I made up my mind thanks to that.

The second question, alas! lost_oracle won, but you see, it doesn't matter how pretty it is, (and it is pretty, mind you) it just doesn't fit my writing style. If I wrote poetry or more artistic things, it would be perfect. But my fics are either precanon introspection or on-crack comedy or a combination of both. So the word oracle, word I adore since I was a child, won't fit. I'm not scrying anything in my fictions, am I?

The second choice was sweet_paranoia, but as I have a drabble fanfiction with a similar name, I feel I'm repeating myself.

Then what name should I use? (I can hear Laurus from Buenos Aires quoting Ende and XXXHOLiC now) Most of the names in my poll are pretty-sounding names, but they don't have the essence of my crack. Actually, half of the voters have never read one of my fics, and they just go and vote for cute names.

Then what did I do? I counted the votes of the friends who actually will read that journal, the guys who have reviewed any of my stories, who know me as an author. It was the wisest thing to do. And the results were:

That's why kitsune_epics was chosen. That, and the last word in the username implies telling stories.

Now, why a community? Because I copied Elihice XDDD Nah, I was just lazy and I don't want to log out in order to post. I'm the only member, and membership is closed for good. You can read and comment on the posts anyway! ^^; And I think explanations are over now. Go visit now!

And you can bet I'm quoting Ende. drachenaugen has lent me a few volumes of Rayearth (not all, since she doesn't have the whole manga), and you are so right about it. So. Right. @_@

I told ya. I've only seen some anime episodes of season 1, but man! When MKR is reedited here in Spain (April or May, was it?), I'm so buying it. And then I'll do the TNES/MKR post. I don't like to do things by memory.

AHAHAHA! Yamazaki & Eriol: the fear, the horror. XD (Yamazaki, incidently, is my fave CCS character) Very cute icon. I'm also afraid to hear this MKR & Neverending Story comparison!!! ;D

It took me a while to screencap the perfect scene and make the picture look like that, really. I forgot how many layers and gradients I used. But it was worth it. I love Yamazaki-kun. Every time he gets screen time, I start giggling before he opens his (big) mouth. Have you seen the third OVA? It's so on crack, you'll love it.
