Monologue

"What have we learned these past two weeks, Kiri?"

"Nobody cares about my actual life and what am I doing and buying during vacations?"

"Yep, yep. So what will you do about it, then?"

"Just ranting about my anime/manga fandoms, mostly CLAMP, and several memes?"

"Atta girl! ^^"

"So does that mean I won't mention how much I fangirled today when I killed my wallet, bought my Star Wars Original Trilogy Boxset and watched Episode IV?"

"Indeed... I guess."

"But! But! *bites lip*"

"No."

";_; Skywalker twins... Han... Ben... R2-D2..."

"I heard you! I mean, me!"

Stupid me...
When I go shopping, I'm a danger to myself. But hey, at least I kept my "I won't spend my Christmas money on manga and books" promise my family forced me to make. 1 videogame, 8 DVDs, 1 book, 1 jewelry set, 1 optical mouse. That's good.

And now I'll stop talking about my personal life. See ya.

Oh, don't do that! Just because people (well, I can only speak for myself) don't comment doesn't mean we don't read what you post about your personal life and/or other fandoms. It's just difficult to comment when it's something real, I guess (does that make sense?). It's much easier to fangirl or to discuss the latest chapter of a manga as compared to real-life angst about family/boyfriends/etc. I don't like commenting on RL posts for most of the people on my flist because I don't feel like I have the right to.

So...umm yeah. One person's 2 cents.
