I just found out there's someone I could ship Tomoyo with. Bad thing is, he's not in her series. Drat.

He's more meant for Tomoyo than anyone on her series *cough*SakuraEriolTouya*cough*. Just think about the budget she could have for her videos and costumes on crack, with such a boyfriend! If she wants a new digital handycam, he buys her the Sony company XD
Look, we can have a plot without resorting to alternative dimensions (although amenosa/hime sounds promising), just regular crossover. There's a chorus contest between schools, and it will be held on CLAMP Gakuen. Tomoyo goes representing her school, and meets Nokoru while she was having a walk thru the park. And er... I don't know, they comfort each other because their best friends are fixated on their couples? (or maybe because *they're* fixated with their best friends with couples? XD we can pull a bi Nokoru, easily). Then he discovers he likes her, and throws one billion flowers over her house via zeppellin. Because he's that subtle.
And that's just an option. I'm sure there are more >D

Definitly. You know, the other day i was wondering why nobody wrote TomoyoxKaho, it would certainly work better than TomoyoxEriol, but the only conversation i could imagine between them broke the 4th wall.
Anyway Tomoyo and Nokoru are very similar in many ways. they're both "golden children", smart and sweet and extremely charming. Too much in fact, for their own good, as they always end up being so alone. And they would be so right for each others, keeping the other in check.

Yes of course. It's so easy to crossover a lot of things with CCD anyway. I love the idea of chorus contest ! It'll allow to give some light to poor Nagisa-jo ^^
You know the fic I was picturing with them would actually start with them getting engaged. Because they're both the heir to huge corporation, and there's got to be some pressure. And they realize quickly that they both have a crush on their respective best friends, and come to an Agreement (not sure about the content exactly) about it and their maybe future marriage. Then there's much things happening which include problems in their crushes love life and how they react to it, until eventually the plans for their wedding breaks... then they do realize they love each others. It would be very sappy and romantic comedy-ish. But fun. To be perfect, we'd need to put some Jane Austen-ish bits too, really.

I tend to consider all Clamp characters as bisexual by default. It's how things work in their world, really.

Your romantic comedy is a great idea, too. It kind of depends, we don't know how much of a power the Amamiyas (and the Daidoujis, whoever they are) have in Japan's economy. I'm kind of sure they're not on the same level as the Imonoyamas (who would?), so I'm not sure if they can engage him to her.
Besides, if they were like that, Tomoyo would probably study on Clamp Campus from kindergarten. She has the talent, the money and the brains anyway. Ah well, you can ignore logic a bit *shrugs* It's fanfiction anyway.

As for Tomoyo studying on Clamp Campus, she definitly could have but Sonomi is stubborn and maybe she didn't want her to for some reason.
Hmmm now that I know someone else's interested in the pairing, I might even write it... but I'd need to watch the CCS and CCD series, and buy the manga ^^;;
