taotrooper: It's a polar bear dancing the hula; your argument is invalid (Uryuu Ishida / Maybe crazy / me)

In division 4, we have sunflowers

You know, it's a mystery. Every night, your nose can't breathe. This is not a cold or flu: with low temperatures, you have more snot to block the air. Nothing than several blows to your hanky can't resolve. One night, your grandmother had enough, because you had something stuck in your throat and tried to vomit it. The next morning she forces you to take a pill for throatsore. The one you loathe, because it's as big as a house and you hate to swallow, and never actually cures you. You take it so she can shut up, even though you feel perfectly fine and nothing hurts. Five minutes later: snot, throatsore, dizziness. The stupid remedy made me ill! I got a mild flu because of the retart pill! It must've awaken the stupid passive viruses in my body, since they're so fucking used to the fucking Bactrimel! ARGH!

Anyway. Bleach 29 was one of the best ever, even with the whole Mayuri being creepy. Because:
a) Ishida, you sexy dork! <3 <3 <3
b) The Force is unusually strong with the IshiHime. Fear the glances, the tripping, the hands touching, the dorky arms flailing. Okay, so they're not completely discarting the Tatsuki/Orihime vibes, but really... the Dorkiness is stronger.
c) One word: Hanatarou! <3
d) The crayola reenactment of the Division 4 functions, featuring chibi Hanatarous XDDD I hadn't laughed so hard. This kind of things make me love Division 4 even more ^_^ (er, yeah, I'm a Division 4 fangirl...)
e) As creepy as Mayuri was (and it was as creepy as Gin, mind you) in the ending, or the weirdness of Nemu's fanservice, the last scene with the International Man of Mystery made me swoon, I tell ya.

Next week: looking forward to Nanao and Isane's appearances. Yay, my favorite female vicecaptains!

Oh, I still can't believe I won again at [livejournal.com profile] ccs_awards! And with a Clow&Eriol icon, nonetheless. Ha, about time! It's amazing I won without resorting to pink, flowers, epileptic animation or cuteness (my last vistory was with a Kero&Suppi icon, so it doesn't count, but it was adorable, dammit.) Just using my own style, a manga scan *I* scanned myself, and one of my colors of choice. Yayness. And Laurus won, too.

By the way, has anybody noticed this? I was rereading OotP, and I was on Severus' worst memory. Suddenly, Lily's attitude had something familiar. Then I noticed that several of her phrases (mostly, the "leave him alone!" and some keywords) were actually written in CAPSLOCK.

...

So. Harry's capslock thing is not only justified by canon, it's supported by genetics! XDDDD That, or Rowling got fond of capslocking screams.

> Bleach

I watched the first couple of episode but didn't feel the love, but I saw some caps yesterday and decided I wanted to watch the soul society part to see how they deal with Aizen and if there's foreshadowing of the end of hypnosis storyline

I started to download from episode 23 (is it me or Ishida is more bewildered in the anime ? ) Can you tell if I had to go back further ?

Let me check which exact episodes have Aizen. I can't do it right now since I have classes in 45 minutes. But they're not that ahead in manga yet: Ichigo and Ganjyu just met Hanatarou this week, so it's going to take a while until we get to Aizen being evil. He still hasn't faked his death yet XD

However, in the Soul Society saga the anime is quite faithful. Maybe Ichigo looks like that because of the character design, and we're getting used to Kubo's evolving design, since the guy sort of acts the same way in anime and manga.

I find capslock annoying; it might have been one of my turn-offs from OotP. I really liked the novel-length fanfiction (with the same title) that was written about 2 years before the real OotP.

I'll email it as soon as I find the file.

Email it to whom? O_o I really loathe those "continuation" fanfictions made between the books, with the actual titles. I'm a canon whore, doesn't matter how awful canon is.

The author kept everyone in character, I think. I haven't re-read it in a while. The file is on my home computer (which is bereft of internet access) but I can put it on a floppy disk and email it to you if you're interested.

It used to be on http://www.hpfanfiction.net but HPFF dissolved over a year ago.

XD So true about the capslocks! I hadn't noticed that before...
