Beep beep! Damn, the instructions are in English...
Bueno.

Now, about TV. It's so nice I have cable in my bedroom! Most of the time it sucks, but it makes me happy. And watching shows I keep hearing about on the Internet is a plus.
I'm definitely watching Supernatural every week. I'm on episode... 3 or 4 of season 1. The Winchesters' motivations are still on the "meh" side, but I really like the stories and cases they deal with. It's a bit like a lot of the horror/supernatural (no pun intended!) animanga I follow, but with live-action actors and cheesy special effects. Oh, and Dean.
I watched the first episode of Veronica Mars last week. I, um, still don't see what's so good about it. Maybe the show gets better later? So far it left me indifferent.
I want to watch Prison Break and Medium, as so many people rec them to me, but I couldn't catch them from the beginning. Woe.
Speaking of series I'm watching not only from the beginning, but I'm also *gasp* up to date with USA, Heroes!
I still don't know what to think aboutTrunks wannabe future!Hiro. I still have to get used to him, but I guess I have time (a lot of time) for that. He's cool, yeah, but I can't help but love the geeky one in the present.
Heroes: the fandom that spoils itself... in CANON. For real.
But still, with all the whaddafuckery and the weirdness, I'm hooked. I look forward to it. I'm in pain since I can't download it until Tuesdays in the afternoon. And I have to avoid all the spoilers when I check the flistflist.
Besides the regular Hiro fangirling (ROFLwaffle), a couple of things.
Matt's powers suck. It's official. I mean, not because they're bad or lame; they aren't at all. It's the consequences they bring. I liked how he made up with the wife by reading her mind, and he really tries to help. But after all, people end up misunderstanding him and then he gets in big troubles. And the headaches. And the random baddies deleting his memories with hypnosis.
But anyway, I like Matt. He's a nice, hard-working guy. I think he's the one from the group of "normal heroes" I like the most. (In which "normal heroes" is how I call the ones who try to live their lives without going "ZOMG WTF SHITTY FUTURE BUT I'LL SAVE THE WORLD!!1!")
Speaking of those guys...
I didn't know Peter's powers were mimicry. I honestly thought both brothers could fly, since I never read magazine articles or spoilers on Wikipedia. Now I think it was naive from my part, and that explains why Peter was saying he needed to be near another weirdo to activate his abilities. They all somehow know how their powers work before they can figure it out, right?
So he's the series' Rogue. It's really nifty, I say. This could save Isaac some bucks on drugs. Just have a teeny weeny shot, paint a bit, and let Peter do the rest for you :DDDDDD;
It's amazing how it went from "I don't want to talk to you, meaniehead girlfriend-stealer" to "...oh. Yeah, we so have to save her!"
And then Hiro calls! And Peter says exactly what future!Hiro threw at him. Heh redundant ending.
And meanwhile, Mohinder is missing all the mutant fun D: Not that he'd believe the paintings DO tell the future, but now he lost the real track. Fault at Peter for showing himself as a schizo. Boo.
I need a Heroes icon, but I can't decide between the dozens of ones I've seen D:

And does Hiro not get more adorable with each episode! The car thing and his fangirling of Nathan when he saw him fly was just so CUTE! <3
I swear that man is the most adorable person.

And he can't drive a car even though he's in his mid twenties? *dries single tear* You're my soulmate, Hiro. I'm so going to honk before everything the first time I get to drive.
