Some of us less-rabid fans can fangirl Doumeki AND Mugetsu, though. ;P Although in my case it's "Mugetsu and Doumeki". In that order. Because that cute little thing owns this chapter. ♥ ♥ ♥ I've missed it so much!

Rambling about names always, always makes me a happy fangirl. It's one of the most consistent points of Holic, too: the power of names and even words in general. I have so much love for this series. Also, Watanuki naming creatures reminds me of Ende sooo much.

Well, Doumeki's powers repel bad things and he uses them pretty much for protection, so him forming something in that nature from the egg is the only good excuse I can find. It's either that or "ZOMG YUUKO IS SUCH A YAOIZ FANGRRL THE SHARING OF EGGS IS SYMBOL OF CANNON HAWTTT BUTTSEXXXORZ!", and you know perfectly well I think higher of Yuuko. Not from CLAMP; that's another story. So that's the only idea that'd make sense.

I had my "Doumeki entered the shop!!!" fangirling when they all paid their price, except it got kind of diluted between all the other things that happened then and, y'know, Watanuki ending up a lot better than I had expected. But I don't really understand the "teh ghey" fangirls either. I love Doumeki, I adore Watanuki, and I like their relationship... but I like a lot of other things a lot more. (zOMG heresy!)

I can't *not* mention Ende. I can't. After all, it's what got me hooked from the very first chapter... Wishes? Power of names? I knew it was going to be true love. ♥ Although I started looking for the series when I saw the Infamous Couch Illustration.

Actually you're right. Getsu is moon, mu is no. So its name is "no moon" since he says its eyes look like crescent moons to him when it's big, and in the small form he can't see where they are. So, "no moon".

Leyendo este capítulo me han dado ganas de robar tu famoso icono de Clow/Yuuko y reemplazarlo con Larg/Doumeki/Yuuko: Their true love would be so alcoholic!! Y le harían la vida tan imposible al pobre Watanuki, angelico mío. Bueno, de hecho ya se la hacen, pero da igual, me encanta. Soy una sádica cuando se refiere a Watanuki!.

La verdad es que a mi me gustan las habilidades verbales de Watanuki. He encontrado la explicación del nombre de Mugetsu adorable. Incluso poética. Si al final resultará que este chico tiene virtudes ocultas.

Veremos que nos depara el famoso huevo. Yuuko asusta cuando se pone tan seria. Y conociendo a las Clamp, el lector nunca está suficientemente preparado para lo que puede venir. Ya se verà!
