Oh Japanese fans

Woot for my fandoms! Of course, I'm really mad at the Bleach fanits voting like sheep at that and outnumbering good stuff like Hagaren and HOLiC (ahahahaha, TRC isn't even on the list) and H&C. Hell, I think FMA > Furuba, but I let that slide because it's its last year and all, and Arakawa scored first at one-shots for that ninja girl story, and it's still better than fucking Bleach.

In anime, I think SuzuHaru should've done better than Code Gayass, especially; WTF at DN and BLEACH ANIMES beating Haruhi!. Oh well, at least Saiunkoku Monogatari (I'm behind in that one, actually) did well.

I was planning to rant about this week's Heroes, but I'm, mentally, too tired today. I'll just say the cliffhanger was PURE EVIL, all poor Petrellis are *screwed* right now, and I'm never taking ANYONE's parent for granted again. EVER. Oh, and I'm liking Hiro/Ando more.

That's a weird list. I thought Haruhi was absolutely huge. I mean it landed on all these top anime of all time lists earlier this year even. To see it at number ten is very surprising.

So did I. I mean, this "award" is made by readers' choice, so instead of a "manganime Oscar" like the article claims, it's more like an "MTV manganime awards". So it makes sense for enormous fandoms over there to win since they get more votes. And SuzuHaru has this amount of scary fanboys, besides the usual fanbase, to back it up.

LOL x_x The mangas I can believe... sorta. Because again, it's fanquantity over quality, But the Bleach anime, filled with fillers this year? Fuck no. It's like they voted for series just because it's THAT SERIES and stuff.

Heroes was such a sequence of WTFness after the other it's hard to remember what part was the most OMGWTFPOLARBEAR-worthy. Just awesome.

I imagine either a lot of fans polled, or the audience for this magazine is just different. I mean a shoujo won in two categories. I think Saiunkoku Monogatari is pretty good, but it never seemed that big even in Japan. And yeah Haruhi= tons of scary fanboys.

Yeah I can believe it, but I still wtf over it. The popularity of those two series alludes me. I can kind of see it up to a point. I really liked Bleach up to a point, but it feels like both mangaka have long since jumped the shark. And major wtf to voting for fillertastic anime.

¡GINTAMA! ♥♥♥♥♥

Uh, lo siento xD.

No entiendo qué hacen varios de esos animes listados ahí la verdad, pero no me molesta nada que Gintama andar por ahí. ¿Naruto y Bleach? Hahaha. Entiendo que sea por popularidad pero en serio no lo merecen.

De qué va Gintama, a todo esto? *es muy floja para buscarlo en la wiki* Yo veo que es como muy popular en Japón y tal, pero ni el perro sigue esa serie en comparación con casi todo otro shounen.

Gintama es CRACK. El manga se publica en Shounen Jump y la historia se desarrolla en un mundo alterno al Japón de la época Edo conservando la forma de vida, moda y construcción (incluso la prohibición de espadas), pero invadido por los Amanto (aliens de muy y variadas formas) quienes se la pasan de vacaciones en la Tierra y tratan a los humanos como basura inferior.

Bueno, la historia se centra en Gintoki (*apunta al peli-blanco del icon*) quien hace muchos años fue parte importante de un grupo que intentó sacar a los Amanto de Japón y recuperar la libertad del mismo, pero falló. Ahora el tipo es un flojo de primera y es un free-lancer que hace cualquier cosa por dinero para pagar la renta y su compra obligada de la Shounen Jump.

Como dije, la historia es crack. Los personajes a veces se comportan de forma seria, pero en general te partes de risa durante todo el episodio y rompen la... ¿cómo se le dice en español? ¿la cuarta pared? bueno, eso a cada rato. Otro de los protagonistas es Shinpachi, un hijo de samurai más dork que Gintoki, además de ser presidente del club de fans de una j-pop cantante de la serie y Kagura, una extraterrestre joven con mega fuerza y muy malos modales.

No hay romance alguno hasta ahora (he visto solamente el anime) y el Shinsengumi que sale es demasiado cracktástico (uno de ellos pelea con una raqueta de tenis y ha hecho cosplay de Tenipuri), además de haber un personaje que está bien clavado físicamente a Mousse de Ranma 1/2 y el plot es... uh, estoy segura que hay un plot pero el fantástico crack hace que avance leeento.

Y ya, es lo que te puedo decir de Gintama. xD Gintama tiene poca popularidad por estos lares y eso es triste, considerando que en Gintama abusan del tipo de crack que me hace amar con hueso colorado a Yakitate!! Japan.
