Ha, I knew you'd notice it too. And you had managed to convince me that the clothes were entirely Clow Contry-style and everyinthg. D:

I mean, it's gorgeous and shiny and I'm fangirling it like whoa, but I want them to be two different people dammit.

This wouldn't be so confusing if we hadn't already seen him with Yukito's moon staff. It's harder to classify it as "repeating items for the lolz" now.

You know, I was so, so, so happy when I was checking the image. It was so totally Clow country and smexy... and then my eyes went to the right half ;____;

The clothes still ARE Clow country. Hell, he looks even more Clowian than before! I'm so annoyed because now I can't use this fucking image to convince people that's not Reed. Fuck this shit.

I know, I know. I meant that you used that as an example that he couldn't be Reed. And it made so much sense, dammit. ;_;

I know they're still saying that about R!Shaoran. And it breaks my brain, because if people are even keeping their hairstyles in worlds where they don't fit, I can't see why they shouldn't keep their signature weapons/attacks/etc. Ryuu has the same sword and no one's saying he's RG Veda!Ryuu.

So in this case it's not so much "hey, that's his CCS staff", it's more like UH GUYS THAT WASN'T THERE BEFORE.

Isn't it infuriating? It's like a fucking constant for the Clow-cola company, the double standard. And all the popular bishounen from other series get to be all different and straight-forward, but Clow has to get the short stick *again* and be all vague with symbol recycling. I fucking hate that our fanservice can't be simple eyecandy to stimulate... well, more southern parts of the body.

So in this case it's not so much "hey, that's his CCS staff", it's more like UH GUYS THAT WASN'T THERE BEFORE.

You know what bothers me the most? In a world with logic, the character that has been dead before all his series started and who only shows up for a couple of pages every several volumes would be the least likely to attract all the gigantic plotholes. But what can I say, this is CLAMP logic I'm talking about.

If it turns out it *is* the same guy, I'll have to perfect my techniques on Writing Around The Issue. Because I'm too much of a perfectionist to downright contradict canon, blah.

Agh, I saw this entry first and was like ARGH WHERE DO THE COVERS USUALLY GET POSTED AHFKSfhakdj and was all bouncy for the 40+ entries it took to get to ladydarkmoon's post XD;;;

I sec- er, third! the WRYYYYYYYYYYY. The cover is GORGEOUS, why can't we just drool at the pretty and not have our brains broken DX;; Damn you, CLAMP!
