Dorkness from the least expected places

YES, I'M DONE WITH YULETIDE.

Avatar 3x12: I'm not going to spoil it, but it was soooo dorky XD Very LOL to Zuko's fail expenses. And Toph is awesome.

FMA 78: ...Fuery! O_O That's gotta be one of the suckiest transfers in the history of ever. However, I don't think Arakawa will kill him off. Not in battle, at least.

Hohenheim >>>>>> everyone. He's Hagaren's very own Chuck Norris figure. And he's adorable, too. *fangirls the crap out of Hoho*

Al + Mei arguing FTW. As soon as I get my Photoshop groove back, I'll make a Mei icon with her fingers on her head with the text "Unagi!" *wonders how many people will get the joke*

I can't decide who's more of an asshole, Kimbley or the traitor chimera. Setting an army on Briggs and fuck the shit up the plot, which will bring potential DOOM on the whole country. Oh the other hand, setting the Homunculi on refugees, including sick people and little children. It's a tough pick.

And you know, I have a pet peeve. Seeing someone saying "oh, even though [main character's name] didn't appear, it was a pretty good chapter!" boils my blood as much as someone bashing it because of the lack (or existence) of him/her/it. It just sounds condescending. The fact people may think -even subconsciously- less of a chapter, episode, or arc if it lacks the protagonist is appalling. I mean, I've loved main characters in many series, but secondary and minor characters can (and will, depending of the fandom) manage to make things very interesting by themselves! I can understand finding it boring if you dislike the focus character, because it's happened to me a lot, but looking down on everything all the time if your hero(ine) is MIA? Graaah.

Oh, I know you do. But I'm so used to people overlooking my minor people, it's hard to say who doesn't mean it that way.

Generally I don't stick with a series like that for long. XD

Yeah, me neither. On the other way around, I do admit I've also dropped fandoms because I couldn't bother to care about the main character(s), and the other ones get the short end of the stick or disappear in thin air in the next arc before getting to become interesting whazzup, Bleach! Some mangaka should stick to a tiny cast, or just not doing massive shounen hi CLAMP! you sort of fail at shounenjumpness! go back to seinen and shoujo kthx...

I'm loving FMA and OP even though Ling and his bodyguards are gone (with good reason, they have nothing to do with the North right now), and Vivi was just a temporary character and her story had a closure. So it can be done, liking a manga plot with your favorite MIA. I'll squee if they're back, but since there's no reason I'll embrace the previous canon instead happily.
