Anonymous anti-Scientology protest on London. There's something epic about it.

What I bought yesterday:

- XXXHOLiC 10 (FINALLY)
- Fruits Basket 19
- Mushishi 5
- Gintama 2

I honestly love that Furuba volume. And no, I'm not only saying it because my OTP *points at icon* goes not only canon but also rubs on the reader's face (but it helps ♥). I have yet to know how the fucking fuck I grew to like Ayame that much. I do, however, see how I grew to love Yuki, and in this volume in particular he's just great. I think it's amusing my two favorite male characters happen to be not only so different but also brothers. It's an odd coincidence.

But even if Kyou was my favorite at the beginning and is not anymore, I still find him endearing. This volume, with all that cute yet sad UST with Tohru, breaks me a bit. Both suffering because they love the other so much but not saying anything. And it's so awkward and sweet I laugh a little as well.

But back to that other pairing, the Yuki/Machi scenes show the former's not the only one growing up. Machi is more communicative and warm, and it's all thanks to Yuki. They both can grow by supporting each other. Yuki can feel more confident because he feels needed by Machi. And Machi can look forward to the world and be less hollow inside because Yuki listens to her and motivates her. Besides, when she asks him what he wants, and he misunderstands? Funny as hell XDDD And she WILL buy him fertilizer, WTFLOL.

I loved Kakeru's scenes and flashback. Seeing him in a more serious light is awesome, it adds to him. And you know how Yuki's first impression of Nabe was that he's as annoying as Aya, and he has to go and rest his case by befriending Ayame and Mine? I actually saw his problem with Komaki somehow paralleling Ayame. Both used to be self-centered, not understanding other people's feelings, and when they realized it it was like a slap on their face and that turned their point of view. I do think Kakeru was luckier, since he discovered it when he was still young and had Komaki by his side already, and he was able to apologize to the person he hurt. Ayame was too old and is still working on these things. Both have admired Yuki's sensibility, though, and that's yet another parallel.

Kakeru/Komaki is adorable! Feels so realistic. then again, they're both... normal. if you can call Kakeru that.

There are still a lot of other things I loved about the chapter, like the return of Momiji, and Haru, and Hiro, and Kisa. And there are a lot of funny quotes around. AND DID I MENTION MY OTP? But yeah.

Back to playing Kingdom Hearts 2.

Ayy, aunque pasen los años, jamas va a dejar de ser awesome. Y justo acabas de hablar de los personajes que quiero mas♥ Ayame siempre sera mi favorito y es tan loco y tan adorable que me encanta XD Y yo tampoco se como se volvio uno de tus personajes favoritos XDD Y su relacion con Mine es tan... de ellos! Y Yuki y Machi!! Ayyyy! Yo empece igual, quieriendo mas a Kyou, pero Yuki tuvo un desarrollo tan maravilloso como persona que sin darme cuenta termine queriendolo mas a el (y eso que al principio ni me caia D:) Y bueno, Kyou/Touru es adorable y eso, pero como terminan dandole taaaanto enfoque, pues, hostigo DD: En cambio Yuki y Machi fueron awesome con lo de la llave XDDD *ya esta ranteando*

Y KAKERU Y KOMAKI♥ Kakeru, ese es otro a quien adoro♥ Y y y... tengo que irme ahorita justo cuando me habia inspirado DD:

Curiosamente, "ellos andan en su propio mundo" también lo dice Yuki para justificarlos con Machi. De forma algo despectiva, claro XD La pobre ha quedado más traumada con su familia política...

Puede que sea eso. Cuando salieron los capítulos de este tomo, yo iba muy "bleh, más Kyoru" porque claro, pairing principal = más focus. Menos nietos, más Hatori/Mayu o Ritchan/Micchan! Pero con las relecturas no me afectó/hastió tanto, curiosamente, y hasta se me hicieron monos. No tanto como lo bizarro de Ayamine, o lo tímido de Yuki/Machi, o lo sexy/protector de Haru/Rin, pero dan mucha penita y lulz y se lo merecieron.

XDDD La pobre de Machi, tan cerradita y calmadita, le toco una familia politica para jalarse los pelos XDDD Pero supongo que con un hermano como el suyo ya se habara acostumbrado... un poco XD Y es justamente eso de lo que estabas hablando, los paralelos: Yuki y Machi tan cerrados, retraidos, con unos locos (por decirlo asi xD) por hermanos XD Es como si al conocerse y a los hermanos que tenian cada uno, inmediatamente se hubieran comprendido xD

XD No, si, de verdad. Y habia estado hablando sobre Komaki y Kakeru... esos dos son lo maximo tambien!! xD Me encanta su relacion<3 Y me encanta que Kakeru le habia dicho a Komaki que Yuki era mujer y luego ella no sabia donde meterse por la verguenza XDDDD Ay Kakeru♥

Por cierto que me encanta como mencionaban a la novia de Kakeru sin decir quien era, hasta que se supo finalmente que en realidad su papa habia estado involucrado en lo del accidente de la mama de Touru. Y Kakeru, tan adorablemente egoista, y Komaki, tan dulce, enseñandole y explicandole y ambos creciendo por separado y como pareja♥

Y no puedo irme sin mencionar que Kakeru me encanta no solo por su personalidad, sino tambien por su relacion con Yuki. Y me encanta gritar a los cuatro vientos que fue en parte gracias a el que Yuki termino siendo tan maravilloso. Porque Kakeru lo ayudo mucho a madurar, lo escucho y el hecho que Yuki le contara a el (su primer verdadero amigo) lo de que consideraba a Touru como una madre... ;__;♥ Ay me emociono.

YA RANTEE MUCHO XDDD Es que me falta hablar sobre Furuba. Yo creo que de cuando en cuando deberiamos hacer posts recordatorios para los grandes manganimes clasicos, del ayer o que ya 'pasaron de moda' por decirlo asi. Porque pica la nostalgia y recordar es volver a vivir.

...I meant the plot itself (or lack of) and not any pairing in particular, although I suppose that shipping anything in this fandom can come across as crack if you think about it. I'm more partial to GinZura and Hijikata/Okita, myself.

anyway, the lack of plot itself attracts me and how they break the 4th wall. Especially when Gintoki complains to the anime (or manga staff) and also Zura's cosplay loool and every chara of Gintama has their own weirdness...

Quieres que te sea sincera? ...No tengo puta idea; yo todavía estoy leyendo Tsubasa, y no estoy entendiendo ni jota D: Recientemente HOLiC está muy afiancado en TRC, pero es que tampoco lo explican por ese lado. No te sé decir si los misterios de HOLiC se dignarán a explicarlos en HOLiC en su mayoría. Saldrá esperar, creo. Yo espero que las explicaciones del misterio de Watanuki salgan en HOLiC, no sólo por las pobres almas en desgracia que no puedan aguantar las angstbulancias de Fye, sino porque las cosas suelen tener más sentido que las que explican en TRC.

the fact there's so many names in your post which i don't remember who they are does remind me of my biggest peeve of latter tomes Furuba. Too many character @_@ cool ones they were all, but too many.

I do love Ayame, which is funny because I can't forgive my sister for being exactly like him.
