What's up with naming your pet after booze?
D.Gray-man #48: the Rinali/Allen goodness is so strong I'm suspecting Hoshino Katsura actually ships them XD I'm so evil I was even enjoying the Rinali angst, even if it was because it made her cling to Allen's arms. I should rot in hell.
Anyway, now that it's out of my system, I can return to my other fandoms.
I finally read Shin Shunkaden. Except for 8 pages, because they were blank on the volume I bought. @#$%&! my damn luck! I'll have to bear those stupid buses again in order to change it.
Overall, I liked it a lot ^_^ It's bittersweet, the fact it's too short and the ending is so open. As a matter of fact, there's not even a proper ending. It's like CLAMP decides to end Tsubasa after they leave a world: you know they'll keep on traveling, but you'll never see it. You get the feeling there's more stories to come, although there won't. And that sucks big time, because the premise and concept is so good and there's a lot to exploit there. It's sad it's a "finished" work... and it's sad there's a 99% there is no SS fanfiction -let along fandom.
Anyway, the two main characters are awesome. Really, they are. Chunyan rocks so much there are no words. A pretty yet ass-kicking girl, never afraid of looking like a tomboy and with high morals and sense of justice. She can be cute when she wants to, but she doesn't like to be considered like that -especially when it comes to Muron's flirts XD She has guts, but she's also sensible.
Muron... God, is he yummy! Seriously, he's really hot, in a classic CLAMP fashion. And also, he's on crack XD The way he flirts with everything wearing a skirt, how he hangs on trees, the chibiness and his bottomless stomach... he's hilarious. And yet, he pnws them all with his l337 Am3n0sa skillz. I'm proud that, after the Kujaku surprise, I knew what Muron was from the moment I saw him. Never, ever trust genki random travelers on crack in old CLAMPverse: they're always the ones behind the whole plot. Oh, and the way he looks in that white Korean outfit... *drools*
And the Muron/Chunyan dynamics are just the greatest thing XDDD Chunyan keeps being annoyed by Muron's whimsical ways, but we know he wants him ^_~ Their interaction is always like this:
-Enter female character(s) [even Chunyan's mom! the player actually flirted with her before things happened]
-Muron flirts and/or tells her (them) she's (they're) beautiful.
-Chunyan has a jealous fit and insults him, probably in SD XD
or:
-Muron says nice, lovely things to Chunyan
-Muron tries to hold her in his arms or hold her hand or something romantic
-Chunyan blushes
-Chunyan punches him in the face, calling him perverted or shameless, still red
-Muron whines and tells her to let him know when she's going to hit him XD
She's sooooo in denial. And even if he's a gentleman with the ladies, it's obvious he has feelings for her. They wouldn't be traveling together if they weren't digging each other.
The two stories are great. It's so legend-like. CLAMP could've done so many nice ministories with that plot, and yet... this is the reason why the manga wasn't so popular. And now we'll never know who does Muron want to introduce Chunyan to. (parents? XD a relative? a friend? a teacher? some noble?)

Y por supuesto es imposible no adorar a Muron. Y a los dos juntos. Hacen falta más Chunyans y Murons en el mundo de CLAMP.
Y...y no hay derecho a que la dejaran inconclusa. T_T Tengo gafe con CLAMP. Excepto con Tokyo Babylon, nunca terminan las séries que adoro y empiezan con nuevas que no me interesan. Bleh.

En otras palabras, que el hiatus es por culpa de los editores hijueputas de la Kadokawa ¬¬T Que el fandom las ha puteado sin motivo, y que ellas prefieren detener la historia por un tiempo a adaptarse a las peticiones de sus superiores. Viva la libertad artística!

So totally agreeing. After reading it recently, I realized how much I missed those kind of kick ass female character from Clamp (not that I like Muron any less, but his type is more common ^^)
