Will be doing the memes during the day or something.

So I said I wouldn't be doing a long list of resolutions because I never do them they bring me down. Instead of that, I'm compiling a list of things I must do or I wish to do during the year. Something particular, certain goals, not abstract stuff like "lose weight" and "get out more".

Academic:
- Pass Operative Systems II
- Take OOP on October
- Start my end-of-career project

Websites:
- Decide which fanlistings I wanted to shrinify I truly will (for instance, I doubt I'll do Kurogane)
- See what to do about Kimihiro.net. Should I put it on hiatus until the manga is over?
- Upload the Soel to Larg translations to Gemini, update the gallery
- New project: Mushishi fansite (I have yet to see one)
- New project: Okami fansite (...I need this out of my system)

Stuff to buy:
- Merchandising:
* That Okami fanbook with the DVD. FOR REAL.
- Games:
* Chrono Trigger (DS)
* Phoenix Wright: Trials and Tribulations (DS)
* Professor Layton and the Curious Village (DS)
- DVDs:
* Kino no Tabi boxset
* Futurama S1
- Books:
* Inkheart trilogy (Cornelia Funke)
* Tales of Beedle the Bard (J.K. Rowling)
* House of Many Ways (Diana Wynne Jones)
* As many light novels as I can import (Kino no Tabi, Slayers, Twelve Kingdoms, Moribito...)
* As many Discworld novels as I can find in paperback and that I don't have already

The Mushishi fansite is for real. I'm almost convinced I can pull it off as soon as I can get OS2 out of my system. The Spanish manga will be done this year (two volumes left, #9 is out on February), I have my DVDs, so all the canon -but the Otomo movie- will be within my reach in a matter of months. And I plan to shamelessly reuse some CSS from previous layouts I've done before. I'm sure I can do this!

Professor Layton and the Curious Village (DS)

Sí, es mejor jugarlo de a ratos. A mí me pasó que me daba dolor de cabeza jugarlo más de una hora porque muchos de los puzzles eran problemas matemáticos y erh. |D;

Ooh a Mushishi fansite, I approve :)

I knew you would! I hope it'll be good and you'll like it.

Oooh this list is a great idea, me thinks :)

I too have to decide what I want to do with my fanlistings. I really should adopt out a few (I don't even know what I'm doing with Ishida anymore), but I've had most of them for so long it's kind of hard. Lots of them need revamps and more content, too. And my collective is so outdated!

I know what you mean with kimihiro.net, I'm wondering the same thing about Pyrography. I hate that it's so abandoned, but with the manga apparently close to finishing, I'm wondering if it's worth revamping it before that. I really do want to have a COMPLETE Roy shrine though, so I don't think I'm ever dropping it.

YAY FOR A MUSHISHI FANSITE! There's a sad and complete lack of those indeed. I'll be cheering you on! :3 (just focus on one thing at a time and you should be fine!)

I bought House of Many Ways already, but I have yet to read it (it's in London ATM moreover). If I get to it before you do I'll let you know if it's any good (I bet it is). And boy do I want to buy the Kino boxset too...

I went for the easy, bastard-much way: last time I got in troubles? Updated the ones I wanted to keep, and closed the rest. True story. Couldn't be bothered to make adoption post and I was in the middle of finals so whatever. Of course, now that means I'll never get a high-demand fanlisting or one in adoption if I ever feel like applying for something.

I haven't touched my collective in two years *pokes old layout*

Re: Pyrography, I'd wait for the series to end as well. You could start writing content as a draft to save time, if you feel like it one day, but not uploading until the final version. Just in case you have to change something afterwards. With HOLiC it's not that easy because thanks to Tsubasa, Watanuki's backstory is total crossover clusterfuck.

Thanks for the opinion about the Mushishi site <3 even if it looks a bit like a livejournal layout D: Yeah, I'm surprised there's nothing on it, because there are smaller series with more love (like, there's a Kino fansite, for instance). And dammit, the booklet that comes with the DVD boxset makes it just really easy when it comes to info.

... There's a lack of Mushishi fansites? I AM MOST DISAPPOINTED IN YOU, FANDOM.
