With all the rush about the splash page (Cloooooow!!) in the last TRC chapter, I didn't get to see some little details.

So today, I see in Hadibou.net a text talking about the chapter. After babelfishing, and getting a crappy translation, this is what I got, after replacing a French verb I knew and the translator didn't:

[...] learns some a little more on the malicious ones, in particular the name of large bearded which is named finally Fei Wan Reed (yes, like Clow Lead/Reed/Lead/Read) [...]

Everybody, say with me:
WTF?

So I ran and checked the scan, and yeah, there's the name. The Fei Wan part is in kanji with furikana, and the Reed part in big katakana.

Then this guy has a Chinese first name and middle name, and a Western last name. And the obvious conclusion appears: is he a Clow relative, then?

That would explain a lot, but at the same time, gives me more doubts >____

A Clow relative from what dimension, I wonder? And I thought Clow's evil twin was the doctor from Spirit, anyway...

Gah, I don't know. They better give us A LOT of explanations by the end of this series.

I think they were too damn high when they did that chapter. Clow holding Yukito's staff. Clone's face shows and it's an alternate!Syaoran. Bad!guy with Clow's last name and Chinese-sounding first and middle name.

Really, what are they up to? Drive the fans who don't squeal over S+S and notice those plot details like us insane?

Yeah, that's my thought. What dimension! It would make sense if the guy was from CCSverse for the name, but it wouldn't make sense (but maybe it's not supposed to make sense...) His clothes are more clow-kingdomish, but still...

Kero: ...so Clow had a lot of trouble because he was really powerful, and also because he was half British and half Chinese, but that's really not that special because there's this other guy...

Yeah, that's what happens when they blow two plot "secrets" at once. I bet everyone is discussing the other Shaoran and forgot the beard guy's name.

Yep. I still find funny the fact that the guy's name is Kurosaki... and is a shinigami. I'll never be able to watch Yami no Matsuei without giggling.
