That's what Clow fucking Reed calls his guardian. And he should know better than Tokyopop and Nelvana. Cerberus/Kerberos = more official romanization/pronunciation than Keroberos. Being Cerberus the most official of them all, if we are to believe the wiki entry. Although pronouncing it "sûrbr-s" would really defy it; I'm sure it should be pronounced the Greek way (kerb-er-us), hence the k sound in Japanese.
