Well, I went with inouekun today to the local Comics Fair. Every year, there are stands with geeky crap to buy. It's different from a con in the fact it's sucky and outdoors and with less entertainment value. I did see someone cosplaying a Nana character, and a girl who suspiciously looked like Death from The Sandman.

The best item this year: a Bender (from Futurama, yeah) action figure on drags. The box said, of course, Gender Bender XD Puntastic! I also liked a Goomba toy.

- FMA #6
- Fruits Basket #17
- Tsubasa #13

But here's the best story. In a stand, they were selling CLAMP in 3D Land figures. I ask how much the Watanuki one, but the lady tells me they sell the boxes, closed, gashapon style, you don't get to choose. So basically, you're lucky if you get one you like. So I shake my head, and we go on. But after a while, I decide to gamble. Either way, if I get one I don't like, I can always sell it on eBay. If I didn't try my luck, I'd be regretting it all week.

So I return to the stand. The lady gives me four boxes -from the Wata + Subaru + Kotoko & Sumomo + Hina + Ashura collection- to choose from. Gritting teeth, I choose the second one from the left.

I pay my shit. While I get the change, I breathe and open the box.

I got Watanuki, guys. I'm a bloody Jedi.
