At the anime Spanish board I hang out, the CCS forum is Teh Crap. Teenage girls with no brain and homophobic boys. Wonderful fandom, isn't it. The threads are frequently lame and shallow, of course. Sometimes a topic worthy of discussion comes up, or something I can deny with proves and logic, and there I show up trying to piss people off. It's fun to be cynical and sarcastic and still being ignored. The mod is a retarded 16 year-old with the mind of a 6 year-old, she writes in a bright pink colour, thinks that S+S and Purachina are sacred things and types like her keyboard is on fire. And they adore her like she's a golden calf. I'm scared of that generation, the TV really did kill their braincells.
Anyway, I found out they're doing a CCS Halloween fanfic contest. Ouch. That's what I was wanting to do for the TS challenge. Now I don't feel motivated to do the exact same thing, since they're probably doing it in Spanish, with the crappiest spelling of the world. I think I will mention Halloween, but I won't take it farther.

laurus_nobilis, the Soel and Larg translation is done. I'll post it tomorrow, now that you have the time to read it and analyse the C/Y crack with me.
And talking about that, I printed the Clow+Yuuko illustration and put it in my transparent folder as a decoration. And today at electronic tech laboratory, I see the cables are red and black, and they match Yuuko's outfit. Scary~! ;_;

Bitching a little

I don't know where to put a chessboard in my room, though...

Now this gives me an idea of symbolism, on how it fits their destinations. Of course, Clow's staff is a sun-shaped. Soel went on a journey with Clow's descendants from another world. And Yuuko's powers are from the moon, as we know very well. Larg stayed in Yuuko's shop. Moreover, Soel's personality is more of his father: likes food and surprising people, is a trickster and a flirter. Larg's is more like his mother: loves to drink booze and teasing dense boys, is a lazy bum and it'd rather watch to act. So in some twisted way, they're Clow and Yuuko's extensions. And mutual children. Who needs to procreate babies when you can make furballs with 108 uses?
And now, my turn to do a negative rant. Fear me.

En otro orden de ideas, quiero quemar la librería en que compro manga. Acaba de llegar Tsubasa y CLAMP Campus Detectives... 2 meses después! Y mi HOLIC de este mes, qué?! Ahora tengo que esperar 2 meses más?? NOOOOOOOO! T______T
Los plot bunnies me están atacando para que escriba fics de CCS. Y tienen forma de Mokona Modoki, ay Dios! Me pregunto si se irán si les doy pastel y cerveza. No, no se van! Más capítulos de Paranoias. La secuela de Reminiscencias. Y aquella historia de Fujitaka basada en el manga. Además, me dan ganas de hacer algo con Naoko. Argh. Y tengo que acabar 2 FLs y actualizar una pila de cosas en mis sites.
Que por cierto, no puedo creer que alguien pidiera la de Clow x Yuuko antes de que yo siquiera aplicara ;_; Ya con ésta van 2 veces que me pasa eso en la misma categoría... Pero en fin, un quiz:
